I'm sure there are good people in the office with a desire to help people who have mental health needs but because of this initial exchange we were not able to get that far

I would love to give 4 stars for the doc himself....but when it comes time for needing…read morerefills....it's a 1 star. I have to fight every single month to have refills completed. They have a refill phone line where you talk to a machine....worthless in most cases. It says allow 3 days for your RX to be filled. 1 week later, nothing, Then I start calling and I get nothing but he's out of the office for the next few days or some such notion and that they can't help. After 2 years of this I decided that I would have my pharmacy request the refills....and a week later, they have not received a response either. What is a patient to do? One of the ones I requested I did it 2 weeks early to be on the safe side, but the other is set on autorefill with my pharmacy....meaning as soon as they see I have zero refills left, they request a refill from teh doctor. I have had to go through the office manager at his office on numerous occassions to try and figure out what is going on. 99% of the time is that he has received the request and they are just waiting.....I'm just not sure what he is waiting for. Mind you, I work for a doctor's office myself and understand that you cannot handle everyone as soon as they want things to be done....waiting is normal. However when you get into weeks...something is seriously wrong. We've in on this merry-go-round for a few years now, I think it's time for me to get off of it. Too bad he's a good doctor.

We had a horrible experience with this office. The receptionist is quite rude and hung up on me…read moreTWICE. It took them a LONG time to sign the death certificate for my grandmother and cost us money (not to mention added stress) while we were made to wait. Finally a third party obtained it for us and there were no apologies from doctor or office. I do not recommend and I wish my grandmother had gone elsewhere.

If you are not feeling well, he will appear overly sympathetic. And, if he learns of something in your personal life that you hold dear or are proud of, he will overly applaud, commend and glorify it. This behavior seems to make some people comfortable and gives them a reason to return. For others (myself included), I left with an uncomfortable feelings of being flattered, manipulated, and patronized at the same time.
