Immediately upon corresponding, he was very professionalism, listened to my concerns about the situation, and tailored the price and the amount of work to the specifications of what I required and requested. I greatly appreciated that attention to detail. He can on on the date expected and agreed to to prepare the area, clean it, and to get an assessment of what all would need to be done. The following day, he laid the concrete and placed appropriate draining which I didn't even thing to ask about, and that too is much appreciated. He was very cordially in communicating with my Mother and she shared the same sentiment of appreciation of his professionalism. He runs a very legitimate and well-organized business, which, sadly, is hard to ascertain in combination nowadays. In January 2022 Eric the owner of this company came out and did an estimate for my landscaping. I have a medium size backyard (3600 sq ft) and was having general yard cleaning, a sprinkler system and sod installed. I was told that they could begin in late February or the first week in March and finish before Masters. They finished at the end of May. IT TOOK THEM FOUR MONTHS TO DO 7 DAYS OF WORK! The owner Eric and I had already agreed to additional landscaping and sod in the front yard. That was supposed to be done in June, then July, then by the end of the summer. In October I was told by Eric that it would be best if I waited for the sod until March of 2023. They could put the sod down in the fall (of 2022) but it might not make it and that would be on me. AFTER WAITING FIVE MONTHS I WAS TOLD THAT I SHOULD WAIT AN ADDITIONAL SIX MONTHS! HORRIBLE COMMUNICATIONS! I would email, text or call and leave messages. Even after Eric and I had a conversation specifically about this issue, multiple times HE WOULDN'T RESPOND FOR WEEKS OR EVEN A MONTH OR MORE! All along I was being told that the delays were due to lack of employees or materials. I was trying to be flexible with the timeline but was just being taken advantage of. The final straw was when the owner Eric told me that he was having problems keeping up with a new residential housing development that he recently got the contract for. So, HE GOT A NEW JOB AND LEFT ME HANGING, even thought we had been discussing this since January. Finally, this February (2023) I noticed that there were several large patches of dirt where the sod had been laid. I called Eric to see if he would replace the sod. I explained that I was only talking about the dirt areas where the sod had clearly died. He said that he would definitely call me back with a time that he would stop by to look at it. It has been 2 weeks and no contact what so ever. No surprise there. I regret the day I even heard of this company. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!

Hired to clear about an acre of land, plant grass, and add sprinklers. Left Stumps hidden in…read moreground, sprinkler system broken in 4 places, didnt level ground, and hid it all under hay for the grass that he planted. Before job, he told me he was bonded and insured. During his work he destroyed my septic drain field. The septic drain field had to be replaced, which cost me $4000 dollars after his damages. I took CRSA landscaping to small claims court to help pay for some of this huge damage. CRSA landscaping was ordered by the court to pay me 1500$ to help with damages. Now CRSA landscape and design does not respond to messages, and has not sent any payment for over 4 months now since the court verdict. Very dishonest owner. Beware... you will be left on your own if there are ANY problems. And the quality of the work was horrendous, and the entire job had to be redone by a professional. First picture, you can see the actual owner standing on a part of my septic drain field that he damaged. other pictures show grass growth months after he planted it, and huge ruts in the ground where he did not fill in holes from the sprinker system. Other picture shows my septic water draining out of the ground from his damage. Beware! Lies about being insured, and does not stand by work. Owner will not even pay court ordered recompense.

I was impressed from the start. He gave us an excellent quote, showed up when he said that he would, and did a great job on our project. I tend to be a worrier and he was very patient and kind. After our first project was complete we called him and asked that he come back to mount our TVs. Again, great job and such a nice guy. We will definitely be contacting Andrew if we have any future projects. Thanks Andrew!!
