The experience of using her for my CPA was completely different compared to the previous one I had. She was very detailed and meticulous in checking each detail of my situation, and also didn't pretend to know everything - if there was an issue that she wasn't clear about, she didn't hesitate to look up the necessary IRS documentation to make sure that we weren't making any mistakes. Even after our meetings in-person going over documents, she would also follow-up and double-check to make sure that I hadn't inadvertently overlooked something (and she did find a bunch of details that I had filled in incorrectly as well through this process!) She was also more interested in making sure that I understood the process and what each document was for, rather than just taking everything into her own hands and just asking me to "rubber-stamp" documents. He explained that I could use QBO without linking our checking account directly or utilizing AI features if I did not want to. So I decided to work with Daniel -- he patiently went through the steps to set up our books for the beginning of the year and coached me in bringing all entries for the year up to date. Mostly just some ergonomic changes to my work area at the client site. Told my on-site manager who promptly ignored my request for the next month or so, during which time things got even worse and I made a much more direct request for accommodations. The client then very swiftly fired me for making that request and West Valley has gone so far as to lie under oath in an effort to protect their client. They lied about the position I was hired for, they lied about my informing them of my need for accommodations in the workplace, and probably more. The fact that they're so willing to fall on their sword for their client tells me that this is not an isolated incident. They likely are known in the business world for helping shady companies get away with labor regulation violations and if they turn on one client then all the rest will flee and they'll be out of business.

I have a family and kids and 2 years of busting my ass and still a contractor. West valley staffing has done nothing but fed me phony lies and fakeness just to get by. I've even been retaliated against by them. Trying to give me write ups out of no where. Because rightfully requesting my pay that was late. Jessica our on site rep is pointless! Should not be working a position that employees (human lives ) be relying on. And I'm still waiting on confirmation from my sick hours I requested to be added over a week ago. STILL WAITING.
