Chester Miltenberger is a great doctor, my wife and I have been coming to his office for over four…read moreyears. Usually everything runs smoothly and we are usually in & out in a flash. With that being said our last appointment with his office was everything but smooth, my wife had made an appointment for 9:15 am but she had to call the office to see if she could come in earlier than her appointment time and that is when the office staff said she could come in @ 8:30 meaning they could fit her in earlier. So we arrived at Dr. Miltenberger's office at 8:15 am my wife checked in with the front desk and then we waited in the lobby for her to be called back. What transpired while we were waiting for her name to be called was not acceptable because there were three to four people that we checked in before that had their names called and we're allowed to been seen before my wife was seen, which was not fair to my wife. She went back to the front desk to ask why there were several people taken before her when she had checked in first, and she was told that all the other patients had appointments that were before her appointment even though they told her that if she came in early she would been seen first. But they told her who ever told her that it was a guarantee that she would be seen first was wrong and that they were sorry for the wrong information. The office staff handled the situation in an unprofessional way because they had given wrong information which in my opinion is not good and they need to train their staff properly.

This doctor was sent to see me & explain what they planned on doing next. She was extremely uncompassinate, as i never had any kind of cancer scare before. As I asked questions, she was not only annoyed, she didn't answer them properly. It got to the point where she had enough & wanted to go to lunch. She kept looking at the clock, I guess the five minutes she was supposed to be giving me so I would have a clearer understanding of what was happening was to much for her. Unbelievable. I would give ZERO stars if I could! Sadly, to post you have to put one. I just wanted to warn others before anyone else wastes their time possibly seeing her.

Unfortunately, their office receptionist is terrible. She acted like becoming a new patient was an…read moreapplication process. She told me I had to go online and fill out some forms, send over any labs, and also get any medical notes from my doctor. She told me that they're only a treatment office and they don't diagnose. Then, she told me that if I couldn't get my records from my doctor, they would not schedule me. She refused to have me come over and sign a consent form for my doctors office so they could request the records which is normal practice. Then, I literally said this isn't personal, but if it doctors's office doesn't diagnose and is only willing to see patients if they get all of their own medical records, it doesn't sound like they are really in it for patient health. So, she said to me that I could say back that patients every day do what they need to and bring their medical records in. I'm just surprised that these people are the gate keepers for professional and good medical doctors. I am more than sure that the physicians there do not know that this woman literally stood in the way of me being able to have an appointment with them for them to decide if they wanted to see me or not. Not everyone can get their medical records and that's why doctors offices do coordination of care. It is common practice for a patient of a new provider to sign a consent form so the doctor from the previous practice can get the full medical record. She didn't like talking to me, so then she hung up on me. I hope the doctors or someone in that office read this message. This woman literally made the decision on if those doctors are going to treat me or not. I also have a hard time believing that they don't diagnose. Why are you an endocrinologist if you don't diagnose?
