She soaked my entire back while washing my hair, and at that point I already knew this appointment was going to be a mess. When she asked how I wanted my blow dry, I clearly said straight. Instead, she blow dried my hair in huge sections, overheated my roots, and burned me several times. By the end, my hair looked wild and unfinished. When she asked if I wanted spray, I told her no, I wanted it flat ironed because the blow dry looked terrible. During the flat ironing, she aggressively pulled large chunks of my hair at a time. I finally told her to stop because it was painful and my hair still looked bad. She immediately became angry and started using body language and gestures that basically said, "get out of here." The front desk staff was not helpful beyond giving a quick apology. They offered for me to come back another day, but honestly this appointment was important for me and now I'm left embarrassed and needing to keep my head down for the next few days because of how bad my hair looks. The customer service here was terrible, and the worst part is they still charged me after I left with my hair looking unfinished. Very disappointing experience.
