It's also nice that it's in walking distance to the fortress so you can combine lunch, shopping, a great view, and a historical site all in one visit.

I haven't tried the outdoor seating but I appreciate that they have it! I am a total breakfast addict and I love the fact that they have breakfast menus every day. I ordered the scone menu one day and loved it - they bake everything themselves and the scone was grainy, dark, and satisfying. I also highly recommend the Moroccan green tea blend. The décor is absolutely delightful. I love the bright, sunny colors and the cushions and blankets everywhere. The little sun logo on the cups makes me happy. The bathrooms are clean and the wifi is free. Personally I would definitely rather go here than just another Espresso House or Wayne's. They've got snacks and delicious lunches too - try it!

Walking in, the atmosphere was pretty casual with people talking it up with one another and enjoying coffee. The baristas at the counter were super welcoming and helpful when it came to choosing which drink I wanted to get. I decided to get a latte with an espresso made from Ethiopia beans and my friend got a pourover (V60) made from the Costa Rica beans. The latte was amazing and it was super smooth with the Ethiopia espresso. I tried some of the Costa Rica pourover and it was great, it had a nice and light taste to it and I loved it so much I decided to buy a bag of the Costa Rica beans. I also loved how they serve their pourovers in an Erlenmeyer flask, it made me so happy! As I was enjoying my drink, I began to talk with one of the baristas about coffee and it was great to meet such people that were so enthusiastic about coffee living their dreams and making this amazing coffee. I know I'll be back here again whenever I'm back in Sweden. Until then, I'll be missing this place on the daily.

The food selection was pretty typical sandwiches and pastries. The staff was not super friendly and a bit stressed snapping at people to move along or repeat their order. I don't think I'd come back here again even with tourists, there's nicer options just down the street or other parts of Gothenburg.
