One of the welds on our EZ loader trailer failed and left us stranded late on a Friday night. Asked around in the morning and a kind gentleman named Mike recommended JLT designs and gave us James phone number. James left his family and home on a Saturday to come sort out our problem. He repaired the failed weld and added stiffeners and a fish plate. Great quality workmanship and fantastic customer service. Again hats off to James and JLT... 5 STARS hands down.

Then, I thought it's probably a good idea to download the latest NVidia driver for my GFX card, since I had not updated in maybe a year. Turns out the latest Nvidia driver released in February 2025 appears to have several bugs. But I didn't know that and after installing the driver it didn't work properly. I tried to roll it back but the roll back option was greyed out. So I did a system restore but the restore failed to complete. I could boot up the PC to the Windows login screen but after entering my PIN windows didn't load, it was just a blank screen. I called Genius Computer Center at 9:30 AM, brought it in at 11:30 AM, and it was fixed by 2PM. Bud was friendly too. I recommend his store.

I had an older Laptop that was in need of some TLC. After searching around Ottawa for a place I felt comfortable with, I decided there just isn't one. My reasons were that I was getting vastly contrasting stories from different vendors. I came across this business via Facebook (of all places) and gave them a call. The gentleman was really friendly and knowledgeable about my Toshiba Laptop and suggested I send it to them for diagnosis and possible fixes. I was very hesitant to ship my Laptop across the country but took a shot anyway. Was I ever glad I did. I was given an honest appraisal of what needed to be done, which included a little bit of this and that from the other vendors, and not what most said. That leads me to believe that the others were just out to make money where repairs etc weren't really needed. Very common in this business as they tend to treat you like plebes and try to take advantage of you. This is especially true of the big box stores, but that's a whole other review!
