I didnt…read moreknow the first thing about it, and of course didn't read the manual that came with my ECO-DRIVE watch. A lovely lady with a poker straight platinum bob helped me as soon as I walked in. I called ahead because they were about to close by the time I got there. The watch didn't fit me and she generously put the extension I brought that came with it. She also informed me, because of the brand that I could solar charge it by a window and wouldn't need a battery for it. Another man that worked there offered to charge it, although it would've taken a couple days. I opted out of that and it works fine now that it's been sitting by a window overnight and all day. I checked out their tranquil aquarium while I was waiting and chatted up with the Store Manager. No charge to put the extension on. I'll definitely be back the next time I'm in the market for jewelry. Thank you Emerald City Jewelers and staff for the kind experience. -Alicia

I took it back to have them look at it once more and they told me they thought maybe it was a bad connection. Again, it was not working. I took it to another jeweler and here's what they found. Below is a text from the jeweler I took it to after Howard's. "Here are the pictures of your watch, we took the pictures right after we opened it, someone taped the wrong size  battery in place since they lost the screw on the arm that makes contact and holds the battery, we tested the movement and the coil has also been damaged which is easy to do if your not careful when changing the battery." "So blatantly wrong what they did. The battery size is right on the back of the watch. What a great picture!" Please be careful!!

Goldsmith Jewelers made my engagement ring dreams come true after a nightmare with another jeweler!…read moreMy fiance purchased a ring from another jeweler before he proposed in September. The ring had a lot of problems e.g. it was mounted incorrectly and the diamonds fell out. We returned the ring and I was of course heart broken. After some research we came across Goldsmith Jewelers. When we walked in we were greeted by Tina and Kurt. They were both super friendly and VERY helpful. They explained the diamond ratings and certifying diamond bodies. The information that they provided and Kurt's certifications, AGS and GIA, made us feel at ease and confident that they could create a beautiful ring. We asked if they had Marquise diamonds or if they could bring some in for us to look at. After a few days they called us to look at two diamonds and different settings. The diamonds and settings we're so beautiful it took me awhile to decide what I wanted. I eventually decided to get a plain halo setting. The ring took three weeks to create but it was well worth the wait. I'm obsessed and haven't stopped staring at it since we picked it up. If you're looking for a quality engagement ring or quality jewelry stop by Goldsmith Jewelers. You won't be disappointed!
