    Monopoly Sweepstakes

Monopoly SCAM - No winners Dont fall for it, I had 3 red house as it correlated to the $5,000 prize and was given a $5 target gift card. Wasted an hour in traffic and 30 mins for them to bring me a $5 target gift card then try to sell me a vehicle after repeatedly telling them I wasn't interested. it's a scam, don't waste time going they're going to say the fine print doesn't guaranteed you a win even if it matches the shapes that correlate to the prize.

Very shady dealership. Buy nothing from here. They sent a scam monopoly game in the mail to make you think you win $5000. You didn't. Stay away from Thai dealership. Far far away.

I went to Koons to purchase a truck with my 18 year old son who had a pre-approval to buy it. They sent us a Purchase order and when we got there, the raised the price $4000. I have proof of a p.o and told me I can't purchase the truck. Beyond pissed

Typical bait and switch car dealer. See attached pictures. I would advise against trusting them at all.

They have to, after all maintain them since they rent them out. And I knew they only wen to a certain number miles before selling. The reviews on Yelp were very favorable and the prices from what I saw were very reasonable. When we got there, we were passed off to another salesperson because ours was overbooked. We went over a few cars for my mom to test drive. The sales manager made her appearance and talked to us about my mom's trade which was really in woeful condition. So we gave her the keys and went off on a few test drives. The first was horrible... a really small half bubble... it was so small and had no pick up and I felt unsafe for my mom... then we tried an Accent. I liked it much better and she did too. Of course I wanted to try some more but she was getting nervous and this whole experience was for her to 'feel safe' and secure with a decision. She decided on the Accent. We got a very fair deal I think for my mom's... The sales manager came out and said that there were no values for my mom's car because it was so old... lol... so she asked what we were looking to get. I quoted a fair deal and she added a promotion they had going on at the time. My mom put a bit more down, and off we drove in her certified car. They took the numbers and came back with at least three or four different payment options. It was a very easy and unpressured experience. I highly recommend Enterprise Car Sales an option to anyone seeking an affordable used vehicle. Car salesmen in the past have told me a former rental car decreases the re sale value, but I fail to see the logic behind that... and have no way to debate it right now. Bottom line, I would recommend these guys in Woodbridge; and lovely female sales manager; good experience. So yay, they didn't take advantage of my elderly mother (of course I would not have let that happen any way...) and it was a pretty brief, straight forward process that took less than three hours.

STAY AWAY FROM EXETER FINANCE! They are a predatory lending company that will bleed you dry, repossess your car over one missed payment, ruin your credit, and profit from your loss!!!!! Look them up. A ProPublica investigation revealed that auto lender Exeter Finance offers loan extensions as a way to make profits from borrowers who can't make their payments, but the company doesn't clearly disclose how these extensions increase the total cost of the loan, leading to confusion and increased debt for borrowers. Many customers reported that they didn't understand the financial impact of these extensions before agreeing to them, with some being surprised by significant additional charges and even losing their cars despite making payments.

He was friendly, professional, and clearly motivated to make the process easy. Koons also had good, transparent pricing on its website, and getting the final out-the-door price was quick and painless. No games or endless back-and-forth. After dealing with a few other dealerships, the difference was obvious. I'd definitely recommend Shaun to anyone looking for a straightforward and easy car-buying experience.

Physical threats, aggressive hostility, and unprofessional bait-and-switch…read more I accompanied my young adult son to his scheduled appointment to purchase a new Kia K4. Over a week of text communications, he and the salesman established a mutually agreed-upon price. Unfortunately, finalizing the purchase was defined by bait-and-switch pricing, intense pressure, and an alarming escalation into verbal hostility and physical threats by the staff. When we arrived, the salesman immediately presented paperwork listing the original, higher price--completely ignoring the price explicitly agreed upon via text. Given that the agreed price reflected a modest adjustment of about $600, there was no justification for this. Additionally, we provided a reference code from Kia Finance America (KFA). Because Koons did not appear as an option during the online application, we had selected the next closest location just to complete the paperwork. Despite having the reference summary, the dealership refused to look into it, insisting my son submit a separate loan application through their in-house office instead. I also questioned text messages my son received offering an additional "4k off" the K4, the salesman claimed it applied to a different vehicle, despite the texts explicitly naming the K4 multiple times. While I stepped outside to contact KFA customer service to resolve the finance application issue, the salesman tried bypassing me to question my son. He attempted to convince my son to bypass using KFA and submit a brand-new finance application through the dealership, pressuring him by claiming it would "only take 5 minutes." I texted my son to come outside so we could discuss his options. He decided to leave. My son went to my car, and I went back inside to let the salesman know we were leaving. The salesman became instantly aggressive, altered his body language, and accused us of trying to trick them. He angrily complained that he had "come in on his day off" and pressured us to abandon KFA financing. As he became increasingly hostile, I took offense, as I had approached him completely politely and professionally. He tried to dismiss our financial preferences by arguing they were a private franchise rather than Kia corporate. When I remained firm on leaving, his aggression escalated until he told me to "just get out" and "take my business somewhere else." Our conversation turned into an argument that resulted in the exchange of expletives as I walked out the door. As the situation escalated, a manager stepped in to de-escalate, but the salesman's behavior turned explicitly hostile. He followed me outside and threatened me with physical harm, stating he was going to "whoop my a__." I apologized to the manager on-lot for how things escalated, because that was never my intent. However, this salesman's behavior was predatory, highly unstable, and dangerous. To make matters worse, as we drove off the lot, the salesman got into a vehicle and actively followed us down the road for a mile or so before finally passing us. A business that resorts to bait-and-switch tactics, hostile intimidation, and physical threats does not deserve our business.

My car had NO major issues before their "service." The breakdown happened immediately after, and they still tried to pretend it wasn't their fault. Because of THEIR negligence, I ended up having to pay for my own tow, miss a full day of work, and deal with a situation that they caused. And here's the worst part: they offered zero refund, zero reimbursement, zero support. Not even a gesture to make the situation right. Nothing to make me feel heard, helped, or even respected. I emailed the managers multiple times -- ignored. Completely brushed off. It wasn't until I contacted corporate that they suddenly wanted to "prioritize" my car. The whole thing was unorganized, unprofessional, and honestly just a complete shit show. They took absolutely no accountability, kept trying to blame my car, and acted like I was supposed to just accept it. I've never seen a dealership operate with this level of sloppiness and lack of customer care. If you value your time, money, or sanity, stay far away from this location. They cost me money, time, and stress, and didn't even bother trying to make it right.

I intend to escalate this matter to the VA Attorney General if it is not addressed to my satisfaction by the end of business on 2 July 2025. I was quoted an 'out-the-door' selling price of $20,000 (which matched pricing both on carfax and also on the dealer's iPacket- note these advertised prices gave no warnings about being "less incentives") for a used 2018 Tesla Model X by Saraj Zia and the morning manager (who I believe was Tony Blazier). This price was ultimately confirmed twice: once via a photograph sent over text before my 1.5-hour drive, and again on a bill of sale provided via email so that I could gain Tesla charging access (the car was inexplicably at a mere 1% charge upon my arrival). However, at finalization, the price inexplicably jumped by $4,000. The second afternoon manager, Meraj Zia, attributed this to a tax rebate they couldn't even confirm eligibility for previously, despite my specific prior inquiry about the out the door price without the rebate. After eight wasted hours at the dealership, which included having me pay to charge the vehicle, he admitted their 'serious pricing mistake' but refused to honor the quoted price or even compromise more than $500. I ultimately left without the car. Until this situation is resolved to my satisfaction, I cannot recommend Koons Woodbridge Buick GMC. I am willing to revise this review if the dealership takes appropriate steps to make this right. My google voice number is 443-332-8479

The following is a bit of a long "read" - but well worth the time if anyone is considering to…read morepurchase a car from any Koons dealership.  I am posting more for benefit of others as may consider business with Koons... One of the most important factors in purchasing a vehicle is confidence in and access to leadership of the dealership.  With regard to Koons, I challenge anyone to come up with the telephone number or access points for senior corporate leadership.  It is tighter than CIA used to be...  Local dealerships refused to provide any such coordinates to me - and advised they "did not have that information"... Everything resides with the dealership, and there are no access points to corporate.  This is by design, as it enables the dealership to conduct business as they favor - and for corporate to be "aloof and insulated" from any such dealings.  Great from a corporate perspective and generating revenue - but it sucks in terms of customer service when there is need for senior interaction. Just go try to access Koons corporate, and you will note this important factor:  What this means for customers is you will have no recourse other than with idiots at local dealerships - and their "back and cover" routine... As regards my direct experience:  I was in need of a vehicle during Covid, when vehicles were scarce and overpriced.  I had a friend who worked at Koons, and he arranged my introduction to their local management team -- Of course, with the premise being people know people and will treat people right... I purchased a previously-owned vehicle which I use minimally - less than 2000 miles per year.  I was provided documentation, to include a Carfax report which cited the vehicle was free of any pre-existing accidents - a very important factor when buying a pre-owned car. Within two weeks of purchase, the rearview camera went out - as should have been a warning...   To make a long story short:  My car had an issue with "sticking brake lights".  I had the car inspected by highly reputable mechanics, and they determined there was an electrical issue in the rear component, to include the hatchback door.  When they progressed the work, I was advised the vehicle did not have the original electrical components and electrical harnesses from original factory manufacture - and, in fact, the electrical harnesses were installed backwards...!!  They noted the car appeared to have been in a prior accident, and had undergone extensive work.  The electrical repair cost me in the vicinity of $1000. In other words, the car as sold to me as being "free of an accident" was in a prior accident and likely rear-ended - necessitating such work.  To further confirm this premise:  As most know, Koons puts their "Koons crown" on cars they sell -- In addition to the "Koons crown", I have a "Carmax" logo that is now showing through the paint on the rear panel - and Carmax never was in the chain of ownership of this vehicle... I was sold a car as confirmed to me to have not been in any accidents - and what I purchased was a vehicle that indeed had been in such an accident...  Most people call this fraud...  Pick your poison:  Either the dealership participated in fraudulently repairing a vehicle when there was vehicle scarcity, and sold it as an accident-free vehicle - or had such a vehicle passed off on them, and they did not detect it (which is a major problem in itself).  Either way, the vehicle was fraudulently represented to me as being "accident free"... This is a lesson to all who consider business with Koons - both in terms of the manner in which they are organized to avoid interface at senior corporate level with customers, and the manner in which they conduct business. I have lived in Northern Virginia for close to 50 years. The Koon's family have had a very good reputation in past years, but this type of conduct is an insult to the elders of the family that built this business...  If I ran a business in which there was an issue as I had experienced, I would be absolutely livid and demand to get to the bottom of it... But I guess integrity no longer is the case with the Koons family, as they no longer have any concern for their customers.  I brought this matter to the attention of the local dealership GM, Jad Kadili, and have had no response over several months.  The problem for Mr. Kadili and Koons lies in photos I provided that document the "Carmax logo" showing through - and clear premises as to fraud... Given this experience, I would advise the general public to take extreme care in conducting business with Koons - and before purchasing any vehicles from Koons, I would recommend for the purchaser to determine if they have the ability to get through to Koons senior leadership at their corporate facility, should they have such issues...
