During this time…read morethere were multiple extended periods without any response (including two periods of roughly three months each), three changes of project manager, several contract and invoice errors, and inaccuracies in the design/architectural plans (incorrect measurements, symbols, etc). As of today, a number of items remain unfinished or damaged. I'm attaching photos of some of these so readers can assess the work themselves. After six months without a reply, I informed the company that I intended to publish a review. I then received an offer to address some (but not all) of the outstanding items, conditional on further payment. When I asked for clarification on the amount, communication stopped again.

Impressive that they can sustain that many employees in such a high rent district. All three were very friendly and helpful. I think all three spoke English. The organization of the shop is a bit strange to me. It is organized by color of yarn instead of by weight of yarn so I had to go to different spots to buy the same type of yarn in different colors. The pricing system is also weird. They have little display boxes with the names of yarns and the prices in the front. You can find prices there -- unless they don't have a display box for the yarn you want, which they sometimes didn't. I think the strange pricing is a function of the organizing by color and while visually appealing, it doesn't seem worth the hassle. Not many brands of yarn carried here mostly Lang, Lana Grossa, and GGH with a few scattered skeins of noro, debbie bliss, and others. I really liked that they gave me a few knitting magazine in my bag. Just too bad that it is in German and I can't read it... yet...

This company from start till the end has been horrific and has been the least professional company…read moreI ever used: -1/ They used a subcontractor to do the removal instead of their own staff: guys did not have any packaging (they were supposed to pack our belongings), no uniform, were completely disorganized, and did not even have a form to list goods moved -2/ When we received the goods, they were all humid, with lots of mould on our furniture, clothes & other belongings (it seems the goods had been somehow stored in a humid warehouse....). As goods were badly packed and protected, we also had s number of belongings broken. -3/ 6 months after the move, we still had no financial compensation back from Junker. They don't reply to email. When we manage to contact them, they promise to come back the following week but never do. They also say they are waiting an answer from their subcontractor when we paid for a specific insurance directly with Junker (for no effect apparently, I am not even sure if they really covered our goods or just took the money). Overall a non-professional and dishonest company that nobody should use.

They demolished our bathroom and because we were asking questions about what we were spending, without any notice they left the bathroom no where near finished and left without any notice. they took over €2.5k for just demolishing even though it was meant to be no where near this cost and would not answer calls or texts. a completely unprofessional company telling us everything was possible at the start then as soon as they demolished our bathroom and left us with nothing they told us nothing was possible. they took our brand new sink, and most likely sold it. we also paid them to put all of the demolished parts to the dump, instead of taking it to the dump, they put it in the neighbours rubbish container. we paid €300 for them to get rid of everything and even paid for the costs of what the recycling plant would have charged us but yet they didnt even take it there, we paid for a rubbish container that never turned up also.
