Klein is crazy busy with large forklifts, dump trucks, and tractor trailers all moving about the yard. All this activity added significant time to get in/out.

That's just a pain. I haven't had problems with no-shows. One time I did book within 24 hours and it was a little more confusing b/c I didn't receive the confirmation so I had to call to confirm. That time they also showed up toward the end of the scheduled time slot, but I was also at the end of the afternoon. Most recently, the guys (Tyreek and Colby) actually came early! Keep in mind that they charge by how much of the truck your stuff fills up. They may have a floater truck if you fill up the whole truck and need more space, but I wouldn't assume that when you book. Also, I don't assume they will necessarily remember everything I point out to get taken especially if it's scattered, so I do walk around and make sure the right things are going. They will often ask you again also - I don't mind, I think it's good. Anyway - they've been so helpful for me especially cleaning out my apartment. I don't know how I'd have done it otherwise.

I reached out via cell and Alex responded the same day asking for more info. I texted it all to him. The next day he emailed me a quote and laid out all the info. The pricing was very fair, and based on his quick response time and great reviews, I decided to hire them. I am very glad that I did. My move went extremely well. I hired 2 movers and a 20-foot truck. Eugene and Serg were great. They clearly communicated their arrival time and kept me updated via text. There were 2 pick up locations - my storage unit and my parent's house. They had everything from storage wrapped and packed into the truck in 2 hours. Then we went to my parents for a few more things, we were out of there in under an hour. They drove to Jersey City and then had the entire truck unpacked and moved in and all the packing material cleaned up in 3 hours. It was an extremely hot day and the guys worked really hard and very quickly. I could not be more grateful to Alex and his team for the excellent job, and I would definitely hire them again for my next move. HIGHLY RECOMMEND for hard working, honest, reliable and dependable movers
