Kim has such an attention to detail and aesthetics! As soon as she entered my home, she had me show her around as she thoughtfully made mental notes. She then went to share her observations, that I did not even think of about my place! What really stood out is how she focused on how I felt in the space, and the solution to getting the feeling I wanted. She went into my mess of a closet and performed magic. By the time she was done, I had so many clothes to donate, and a color scheme in my closet that was very pleasing to the eye. The closet has contributed to my feeling less scattered and more peaceful and focused. I highly recommend working with them! They really know how to transform your space to get you feeling the way you want to in your home sanctuary.

I went in my first class feeling nervous, and now I've been going daily for two weeks straight. The community is so great and you can tell there's a strong following here, and for GOOD REASON! I've also been dealing with chronic back pain and their classes have helped me relieve that same back pain, whilst helping me strengthen it as well. I love Good Moodra!

I took my first trapeze yoga class this week and I must say this was the most fun I had working out…read moreever! I felt pretty nervous going into my first class knowing that I have sciatica & felt pretty discouraged with other yoga classes in the past triggering more back pain. I expressed my concerns to Roni, owner of Good Moodra & one of the instructors at the studio, during my intake/first visit consultation prior to starting class. She listened to my concerns and guided me through my first class right next to me, telling me helpful tips throughout class. Jaeda, one of the instructors, was so helpful and kind in helping me set up my account & booking my first 7-day pass. Kathy and Michelle also really nice & helped me through my first week of class! It just seems like such a cute studio that has a great community of positive people who want to build you up wherever you are in your fitness journey. TLDR: For my chronic back pain girlies, I would try checking out this yoga studio--it was worth the long commute for me!

A much-overdue review for this wonderful studio! I've taken classes with Stacey, Philip, Heather,…read moreJosie, and Alisha, and I always leave feeling energized and ready for the day ahead. I've gone through a couple of injury phases while attending classes here, and the instructors have been fantastic. They regularly offer modifications without making anyone feel singled out, and they create an environment where you can truly work at your own level. Just as importantly, the community is incredibly welcoming and nonjudgmental. Everyone seems focused on their own practice while still contributing to a supportive atmosphere. That kind of inclusivity is what makes this studio special and why I keep coming back! Orange resident tip: yes, there's now paid parking around the studio, but the parking garage on Lemon St is still free! Also, if you live nearby, biking or scootering over is a great option. The staff is always kind about letting people bring them inside. Thank you, Sunspark, for being a light in the circle.

We tried it out, met Ernie, owner who was very welcoming and we purchased the introductory special for 3 classes. I have been a practitioner for a few years in another studio and was visiting here and glad to know that this studio near the Orange Circle is amazing. We can't wait to return!

I found this spot, and wow, it did not disappoint! Jesse led the all-levels class and did an amazing job guiding us through Vinyasa stretches. The downstairs room was such a vibe--with trees right outside the window, we transitioned from sunset to nightfall. The soft mood lighting added to the calm, relaxing atmosphere. Jesse started us off with deep breathing before moving into more challenging stretches, holding each one just long enough to feel the burn. By the time we wound down, I was so spent--between the body heat in the room and the workout itself, I was done. The session ended with us on our backs, taking deep breaths, and for the first time, I felt like I truly let go. I closed my eyes, relaxed completely, and even drifted into a little nap before snapping back to reality, realizing I was still in class. When I got up, I felt like Jesse had turned my stiff, tin-man body into a soft, loose rag doll. Such an incredible experience--I can't wait to go back!
