Before we got started I thought 75mins would be too long and I'll probably ask the masseuse to stop half way through. But at the end of 75mins when she said that the session was done my first thought was 'what! We just start 15mins ago'. Carol did a great job. I had some pain in upper back, neck and shoulders. She did such a good job. She used celluma for about 15mins. I did not feel like getting out of that bed after my massage. Haven't felt so relaxed since I was 10yrs old probably :) Warning: it's very difficult to not fall asleep while getting massaged

If I could leave 0 stars I would. This is the WORST place I have been to for a massage ever…read more The massage therapists are pleasant & do a good job but it is run TERRIBLY. I have never experienced such poor management in my life. It is nearly impossible to reach anyone by phone or email. I leave multiple messages & after about 5 voicemails I will receive a call back or they happen to answer. I was told by one of their reps when I finally reached someone to complain that they wouldn't have answered my call but had recognized my number as I had called complaining before. I have a complaint into the better business bureau of MA & they won't even return their calls. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. It has been MONTHS of arguing and trying to reach someone here to speak to. I was told multiple times after countless attempts the owner (Carol) would call me back & I have yet heard from them. Please keep in mind this has been going on since I started visiting them in Jan 2019 and has nothing to do with the lack of response time due to COVID-19. I received a monthly membership package for Christmas & little did I know it would be the gift from hell. Each appointment I tried to call & book took 2-3 weeks to arrange. I finally gave up trying to deal with them & canceled my membership & have been trying to get reimbursed & speak with someone surrounding it since June 2019. Wow just wow! My back and shoulders have been so so stiff…read moreso I decided to treat myself to a massage. They got me in very quickly and I did the 1 hour massage for $73 which I don't think is that expensive! *However side note: for deep tissue massage they do require 20% tip, I didn't have a problem with it but I think it should be known on the website just in case someone doesn't have the funds. My massage lady went to WORK on my back: and I did get a deep tissue massage so I knew what I was getting myself into. She found ALL the knots I had and broke them down while still asking me if I'm okay. She was super professional and was constantly working on my body. As she massaged she knew where I needed more work done. I loved the hot stone part, probably my favorite part! I left this place so relaxed but also so sore because she really did her job. I will definitely be coming back.

The other reviewers are right-- the place is clean, soothing, and also spacious (not all massage rooms are)... And I really appreciated Mary Kate checking in with me throughout the service to make sure I was warm enough, that the stones weren't too hot, that I'd like aromatherapy, etc. Plus, she was generous with her time. We were late getting started, and she added time to the end of my massage, so that it was a full hour. I know that's not always possible, but it was kind. I felt attended to, respected, and cared for. I highly recommend getting a massage here... Especially if you've never had one before. You will be well taken care of.

Three people came out (of which the space is very small and dark), and they spoke amongst each other to see who would take who and for which service (head hydromassage and body massage - 60 minutes each). I went into my room for a body massage. Bed not warm, and just a cheap sheet on. The message was very VERY rough. messaged over towels (not warmed). I thought I would be getting a rub burn. THEN, later, the oil comes out, and she wore gloves, which were ... bunched-up on her hands, so I felt that. I then turned over, and she basically threw a towel over my eyes (not warm, just a towel!). VERY painful, even when I stated it was too hard, many times. Also, the movements were very VERY fast, and not whole - relaxing. There are a couple of other things that made me very uncomfortable, but I will leave it at that. I almost just stopped the appointment a few times. I prob should have. The hydromassage was .... okay. 60 minutes is WAY too long for that. NOT going back.
