A friend of mine, and I went out there yesterday, looking for odds and ends for his car and a couple of things for myself. Before I went in, of course, I had to ask a few questions and all I got was nasty snotty attitude from all woman. The young man, with curly hair and glasses was completely stoned or completely brain dead. I'm not positive. But he lacked and social skills in any way shape or form. We did pull the parts, Friend was told it would be $80 for a rim and tire, which of course, like the sign says we had to pull. It was my turn, I stepped up and I got nothing but lousy ass attitude! I was told the seats for $35 and a few dollars more for electric seats which I didn't mind. After I looked at my receipt, for some reason, two seats came out to almost $100 I asked why things went from a basic $70 to nearly 100, they said it was the taxes plus an explosive environmental fee! I asked the question of why the environmental fee was so much, they said because of all the mess that they have on the ground and that gets passed on to us. So I went outside and started to go get my vehicle. My friend comes outside and says you should hear how they're being vulgar as possible about you asking questions about the environmental fees. I do not recommend this you pull and save anymore. I haven't been there since 2021 in that place is absolute joke! The people that work there except for two that day, are a joke they're rude. They're inconsiderate and they make up prices as they go. Please don't let them tell you that the prices are in the computer, because if they were things would probably be better priced. Just goes to show that if you ask questions and try to be as kind as possible, douche bags, still think that they rule the world. I personally will not be returning to this one. I might use the one in Wilder if I do need something important or I will actually go to a different place. It's 45 minutes further away because they actually offer better customer service and they're negotiable on prices. Bessler is no longer a great place to get parts.

We called Auto Zone in Florence, Not only were they not helpful, they were downright RUDE! We called Jiffy Lube, they were very helpful but could not help us with the problem. Finally I called Advanced Auto Parts. Aaron answered the phone and was very nice. He told us if we could get there He had the part and someone would help us. We arrived and the part was waiting for us and Jake came out to the car and put it on for us! He was very nice and professional. It took him about half an hour to remove the old hose and replace it with the new one. I offered him some money for helping us and he refused replying "This is what I do." I can't say enough about the young PROFESSIONALS at Advanced Auto Parts. We were in desperate need of help and they were kind and extremely nice.
