The prices are what you'd expect for a Men's store, but the service you get is world class. They get to know you and your style and make appropriate suggestions. They carry Peter Millar, Allen Edmonds, Southern Tide, Agave Denim, Ralph Lauren, Tommy Bahama, and tons and tons of suits. They'll do special orders and almost always offer me a deal to thank me for my business. Downtown Goshen is now a destination. It's amazing to be able to shop and shop well in a small town this size. I love it!

Not happy with the service at all! We rented a boat months in advance and even called the day…read morebefore, but when we arrived it still wasn't ready. It had to be cleaned and it took time out of our rental. When we were on the lake the boat died, and we called for them to pick us up, but it took 20 minutes for them to arrive (we were around the corner). While we were waiting, we were in the water, scraping our feet and trying to keep their boat from being broken by hitting the rocks. When he arrived, he should have just towed us, but he tried to jump. It took 45 minutes out of our rental again all while helping protect the boat. Then when the boat was jumped we were left on our own, and it died again!! It took more time for them to come back and tow us in, and took time out of our rental again and when I asked for a refund, I received attitude! Even thought their boat didn't have damage because we tried to help. I was promised a full refund by the owner, have called to follow up, and STILL haven't received it. Just terrible service. Come to find out, they knew the boat was having issues and they still let us take it out, and were never apologetic. I'd never rent here again, or recommend it.

The owners, Susie and Elaine looked like models a la Lauren Hutton. Their strong sense of fashion and style make their men's boutique extra special. They had socks, ties, bow ties, etc to satisfy any taste and or style. The placement and display of each item was done with care and concentration. I purchased a handcrafted leather bracelet from the Anthony Payton collection. It's soft and subtle, but a statement piece no less. It was an enjoyable grand opening. I wish this new business well.

The shop also sells hats, candles, and jewelry. What I enjoy most about shopping here is interacting with the staff. They are friendly but not overbearing, and very helpful. I liked their previous store location, and love their (somewhat) new location on The Landing. Across from the home décor store and next to a restaurant, The Urban Hippie's namesake fits in perfectly with this trendy area of Downtown Fort Wayne.
