Had to return an online order for 2 pair of boat shoes, wrong size shipped. Heather Ball helped with getting kohls cash back off that order and applied to a pair of sketchers that did fit in store. Store is well stocked in all departments today. Many sales available. Duane H read more

There interviewers suck. Had an online interview in the morning and they never answered. Had to go in and ask about it and they knew who I was and they interviewed me when I was not prepared. Should've just told me to come in, in the first place. read more

Kohl's delivery is a joke. Unless you need your item in a few weeks or a month order from someone else. I do not like going into the store because the employees act as though my presence is a burden. Apparently Kohl's wants Amazon to have my purchases. read more

Poor customer service. Jennifer was too busy to help and checkout a customer. Sad thing. Jennifer was from Ft Wayne and training a new employee. Jennifer has worked for Kohl's since 2000. Jennifer is NOT a good mentor and should NOT be training. Maybe Jennifer needs to stay in Ft Wayne or look for another job. read more

Caught some good sales, but selection was limited and the cashier we had bordered on being rude. Gabbie acted as though it was a burden to serve us and obviously wanted to be anywhere but there. Perhaps a position behind the scenes would suit her better. read more

I spent more time in the cashiers line than I did finding items I needed. This despite only one person in front of me. This person's check out process consisted of coupon processing, some rewards program registration that took a LONG time, and who knows what else. I finally put my clothes back and left. I just bought on Amazon which took less than 2 minutes. This is not the first time with long check outs at Kohls. read more
