Then in the span of a weeks time not only do they still not have my order but refused to do my return as the jacket was not in-store.

This shopping center seems to be stepping up their game with the addition of other stores like Shoe Station, BBB, and World Market.

I find a cheaper price at Dick's sporting good store on their website. So the manager takes my phone from my hands and begins scrolling on my phone and says it has to be the exact color. I find the exact color then it has to be the exact same size. Because they were out of stock IN MY SIZE ONLINE. She said she couldn't match it. This is the rudest manager I have ever met as a customer. You're sign says you'll match the price not "select stores" not "same size/color" what the heck? You do realize we are going through an epidemic where EVERYONE IS STRUGGLING FINANCIALLY. I need these shoes to work at a SCHOOL. I'm not buying pumas for looks I'm buying Hokas for pain management. And as a manager I KNOW she could have matched the price but thats the point she didnt! Because she doesnt care about those lesser or struggling. I've never had an issue till today and will proudly say I will NEVER frequent again.

I have visited this location a few times before with excellence customer service, however my visit…read moretoday was cut short by a very uncomfortable situation. I was talking on the phone(not loud or obnoxious, moreso listening than talking) browsing the wonderful makeup sale, there were so many items for sale so I may have lingered in makeup section for a few minutes. I noticed a male walk up behind me, he was browsing items so I ignored him. He accidentally dropped something that rolled by my leg. I moved so that he could walk by, he then wandered down the aisle acting as though he was checking price tags. I thought to myself, this is awkward, surely I am not being followed by a stranger. I grabbed my selections then walked over to the stationery aisle, the man followed me as I browsed searching for envelopes and pencils. I turned around to see what he was doing, he immediately acted as though he was checking tags again. I let the person on the phone know that I think that I am being followed. I immediately walked over to the feminine products aisle to see if he could possibly be searching for lady products as well lol. I grabbed a few items, checked my surroundings then made my way to the cash register to inform staff that I there was a man following me. I waited to speak with the manager to describe the white male in jeans and a green top. The manager assured me that this was not a staff member if he wasn't wearing a Walgreens badge. I was put off by this as I am a woman of color and I have heard stories of people being followed around by loss prevention. I am a paying customer and I have given no one any indication that there is a reason to watch me. I only had my phone and my wallet, no bags or big purses. The manager again assured me that this is an isolated incident and he apologized. He stated he would check on it as it was concerning to him as well. My concern is that if there are strangers following women around, surveillance should be able to monitor this. My other concern, and I hope that I am wrong is that I was singled out. I will continue to shop at this location as it is convenient to me as I live in West Mobile, however if there are persisting issues and I find that this was not a random incident. I will escalate my complaints directly to Walgreens corporate offices.
