We had been shopping all afternoon for a hoco dress…read more I had no idea the mall closes at 8 pm (that's crazy in itself) but we ran in and found a few dresses to try and found out the dressing room was closed (it is 7:45). I asked if we could hold the 3 dresses to try on and she said, "Not overnight." So I asked if my daughter could just run in and try them on then and she said that they were closing the dressing room at 7:45 bc "They have a lot to do." And that "if we hadn't come at 15 minutes until closing we could've tried them on." I said, "If I'd known that was a rule I would have." She said it's not a "rule, but she's the manager and has a lot to do." Kids these days. (I am going through menopause and probably sound like a 'Karen' right now, but just wait kids.) When a 20 something manager doesn't want to make a sale so she can leave early I just see it as laziness. I was putting the items back where they go and kind of to myself, but apparently too loud, I said, "I guess we'll have to get this somewhere else." To which she responded, "That's fine you do that." Something within me snapped. I mentioned to her that "yes, it would not bother you not to make a sale bc you don't own the store." She said,"I honestly couldn't care less. I don't own it, but I am the manager and I make the rules." Anyway, doubt I'll be back bc it was so embarrassing and pointless. She will be in my shoes one day. I owned my own store 14 years and if I'd had a manager who was more concerned about going home than about my customers needs and making sales she wouldn't work there long. This just was needless. I even told her we would make sure to get the 3 dresses back where they go and not be a bother. To which she replied that, "even if we put them back up it would cause them more work."

The good: If you're into YSL, Balenciaga, Valentino, Alexander McQueen, Prada, etc. they've got you covered. They get the goods in new and the prices seemed about right. I was mainly wanting to replace an Hermes wallet that has seen better days, but their selections were limited in the "not covered in logo" variety. If you like flashy things, again, this is your spot. The ehhhh: I'm not into flashy stuff (see above), though I do have some McQueen. I was more interested in their Hermes and Chanel, which they only carry used (along with Vuitton and some others). This became a bit of an issue, because the sweet lady trying to help me seemed clueless about the inventory. I was also curious as to how they did consignment, given that I have several bags that I just don't use. I didn't ask, however, because I wasn't super confident in getting a correct answer. I will say, sellers probably do alright because they have a monstrously overpriced Birkin in there that has bald corners and needs a spa visit (when I mentioned this to the salesperson, she looked at me like I had horns or needed meds--obviously, she had not heard of the Hermes spa). You can get the same Birkin on The Real Real, in far better shape, for $4k less. Overall, I probably would have had a better time I had trotted in with my Kelly bag...but I shouldn't have to do that. I'm giving them four stars because they carry authentic goods, but make sure you fit their idea of a customer before you pop in.

Not what I would normally choose, but I was desperate. Grabbed a few items myself...Kendall's choices fit me better and looked better than what I had chosen. With a minute to spare (before my event and before they closed), I walked out with pants, a skirt and 3 tops that could be mixed and matched. My colleagues could not believe these were "last minute" purchases and were sure my luggage had arrived. Other items express fandom for many popular musical artists like Chappell Roan or Taylor Swift; or a love for nature and all things woodsy; or some items even bring a fun and witchy/spooky flair. The walls are bright pink and orange and the staff and owner are all similarly cheerful, vibrant, warm, and encouraging. Another thing I love about this woman-owned space is that it is openly and sincerely welcoming and inclusive. It's easy to spot products reaffirming love and respect for women and the LGBTQ community. When I came in, they had an upstairs section run by a local company called Snail on the Wall. Check them out if you have the time, I believe they're there until the end of winter. They also have a barber shop in the corner by the professional section - appointment only from what I understand though, but it comes in handy if you need to get it all one-and-done in a single outing. Had a great conversation with the barber there on men's style and fashion. In fact, all of the employees there were super friendly. I'd definitely go back again to treat myself or get a little something as a gift.
