I placed an online order for a pair of gold earrings on Dec. 17. I was watching when it was shipped and the tracking. It was moving up until Dec 20. I 'chatted' online and was told there was a delay and I asked them to reship the item so it was received by the 24. Chatted again this morning and they again said it was delayed and If I didn't receive it by Christmas eve at night, to contact them again and they would do something. I was shocked and said that wasn't acceptable and asked for a manager. Was told no one was available.......REALLY??? I don't call that customer service a few days before Christmas. On Sunday the store closes at 8:00PM so do try to do a return at 7:52PM the light are off and noone to assist. You will have to come back next day and the associate will tell you we closes at 8:00 PM it 7:53PM and just keep walking. read more

Do I HAVE to give a star. The store was completely disgusting. I even checked online before coming in to get my skin care products. It was super close by and very convenient. Online they said it was in stock as well. Upon arrival the parking lot was basically on. Then when we went into the store you literally walked by three cashiers and only one of them was busy with somebody, and they definitely don't even acknowledge you nor greet you. I'm not sure when the customer service turned so poorly. So I had to go find the skin care section myself. At least you can say, what was left of it. Not to mention not a single workers they asked us for help and I couldn't even find anybody to ask them for help. We literally made one lab around the store and not a single person acknowledged us or spoke to us or offered to help us. We definitely will not be back. read more

Looked online to see what kind of dresses they have in store. Need a dress for a New Year's Eve party I was invited to. Found a lot of dresses online that said what they had for inventory in the store. I get to the store, see immediately 3 styles of dress. Three. That's it. I walked all around the store, just to see if maybe they have dresses in different areas. Women's, juniors, etc. nope, that was it. Three whole dresses in the whole store. I drove way out of my way to this Kohl's store only to find that they don't carry what they say "in store inventory" no assistants in any department. No hi, can I help you? I really like this kohl's location. It's usually well organized and the sections are labeled nicely. Even during the Christmas rush, the store remained in good order. Holiday lines were sort long but they went surprisingly fast. The employees agree friendly and efficient. Very helpful when I have a return and I LOVE that they now accept Amazon returns. So much easier than mailing things back to them. The parking lot they are in has lots of other stores as well, so it's a great location. There are also several eateries in the area as well. Back to kohl's though.... Great prices on lots of merchandise. I come here for clothing, bath towels, bedding, cookware, and more. We did most of our Christmas shopping here and were very pleased at just how easy kohl's made our holiday shopping. :-) read more

We stopped here on a driving break down to the Keys. The store seems new & everybody's pleasant. We saw 2 signs that said 50% off Kitchenaid so I got a set of black $19.99 silicone spatulas for $10 which apparently were wrong. But they still honored the price & of course took away the large signs which I directed them to. I love to shop but twas just a quick rest jaunt for a worthy deal. read more

A very large store that has great selection all the time. I always love to come check out their men's section and their new inventory. I like to browse their suit and formal wear section. Good prices and good selection of unique formal wear from suits and ties to belts and shoes. If you need to find something they'll have it for sure! Their gold section is standard and the prices are right, so you might be able find some good golf outfits on a cheap budget. Other than that, this Kohl's is big and you'll surely find what you need here. read more

Worst experience ever. After waiting in line for 45 minutes to learn their credit card machines were down on black friday. I swiped my card a total of 15 times and even though it said approved, their system was so fucked up that they told me it didnt. Charged my card $120 and was still told it didnt go through. I left without my stuff and $120 poorer. My advice to them, handle shit like this by telling people in line your system is fucked up so I dont have to wait this long and then when it says approved, I dont know, maybe give me my God damn stuff read more

My wife purchased a few things earlier this week at their big "sale". She bought me a Taylor smart scale,it was marked $99. and she got 50% off, so she paid $49.00 for it. I went on line before opening it, to make sure I wanted it and found it many places for $48.00 or less and thee weren't sale prices. I ended up buying the exact same one for $29.95 free freight and no sales tax on eBay. This was the exact same one and brand new. She also bought a set of Calphalon pots and pans for $499.00. She brought them home and used them that night (she loves them). The next day she went into Bed Bath & Beyond and saw the exact same set there for $449.00, $50 less. Bed Bath & Beyond almost weekly sends 20% off coupons in the mail so she could have gotten another $90.00 off. Therefore she paid $140.00 more at Kohl's with all there fake sales. I think they mark everything WAY up and then have fake sales. We will never go back there. read more

Big store that has lots of items always rotating to a % off. Nice coffee selection (who goes to a department store to buy coffee?!). Store is always clean - including restrooms. Kohl's cash always comes in handy on purchases, as well as the little 15-30% tickets that come in the mail. This location need to be close down I don't care for this place people customer service is not the best the few time I want in nothing change they have people follow around like you stealing. one customer notice something but didn't do for the other and knew it was a different treatment.
