We also noticed that prices seem to have increased, as a pair of sweats was priced at $75. We also faced difficulty parking, as the downtown meters outside the store wouldn't take change and we had to download an app to park. Staff was kind, but was distracted. One staff member was trying on clothes in the dressing throughout our visit. It's cute clothes and a clean establishment, but probably not the store for my mom anymore!

The selection was wonderful and the styles were perfect for building my COVID work from home wardrobe. She also had office appropriate attire. I am looking forward to seeing what exciting new things she has in the store when they re-open in early February. I also watch the Lillians vlog via Facebook that the owner hosts through the week. She is down to earth, adds humor and/or thought provoking topics during these difficult times. She also shares what's in the store and ideas for outfits, gifts etc. I strongly recommend this gem in the heart of the city of FDL!

The customer service this shop offers should be the model for every clothing store: personalized, professional, and willing to help me think outside the box, sartorially speaking. My sister, who loathes clothes shopping, says that Brinkley's will be a stop every time she's in town because Barb made it fun for her. Now THAT is a testimonial!

The dressing room area is well monitored by staff and they clean each dressing room between customers. The prices are reasonable.

Came back measured 2 of my maids, and we paid For that day saying to order. (Their system forces you to tip?? - which we didn't have help so?? ) also her attitude was very off putting and pushy for sales. We thought everything was taken care come to find out the order was never placed, luckily we called to check, then they just told me to email- like I wasn't on the phone talking to them?- so I did- stating the dresses were paid for and to order. I again had to call back because I didn't hear back. First person I spoke with told me dresses back in Aug- 2nd week and when I questioned it- as my wedding is the first week of September- another person came on and said June? I have very little faith this is going to end well. Customer service and communication can definitely be improved!

I've been stressed and worried about finding work elsewhere. Compared to the quality of Brooks Brothers clothing, nothing I had came close. I called and made sure Eric was working, came on over and he was absolutely awesome at helping me out. I told him my needs and my lack of knowledge in the professional business apparel world. He made sure to point out specials/promos they had, gave me excellent advice and comparisons on selections, styles, colors. This was also my first time shopping at any Brooks Brothers. He was kind enough to stay a little past his scheduled time to finish the transaction and take care of me. I came in not confident, stressed, worried about looking good for the interview I had the next day. I left feeling confident and a lot less stressed knowing I had high quality and really good looking professional clothing. During the visit he had to help some other customers and gave them the same level of customer service. Highly highly recommend to anyone needing quality and professional clothing coupled with excellent customer service that is personable.
