Out of nowhere, an older middle aged man walks up to them, who is a manager in this store, I think his name is Jeff. Well he walks up to the group of sales associates who were working hard and screams at them to hurry and finish up the section they were working on. He was extremely rude towards them and belittled them. My SO and I were shocked at how demeaning he was. I can't imagine working at Kohls with a manager like him. Sometimes I may have multiple pick up orders and that gets confusing. But the staff members in customer service are so patient and friendly, and do their best to help me. That keeps me shopping at Kohls, even though I drive 40 miles to shop there. The quality of Kohl's merchandise keeps me shopping there. There only thing that frustrates me at times is managing all the different offers for discounts via shopping on line. I'm not always sure if I am indeed getting all my cash awards, etc. But it is the only way I can shop these days, and I appreciate the fact that I can do this at Kohls. I also find check out staff at checkouts very helpful and friendly, often having a nice, personal comment to make. That is not an easy task, considering the volume of people they serve each day.

I called and made sure Eric was working, came on over and he was absolutely awesome at helping me out. I told him my needs and my lack of knowledge in the professional business apparel world. He made sure to point out specials/promos they had, gave me excellent advice and comparisons on selections, styles, colors. This was also my first time shopping at any Brooks Brothers. He was kind enough to stay a little past his scheduled time to finish the transaction and take care of me. I came in not confident, stressed, worried about looking good for the interview I had the next day. I left feeling confident and a lot less stressed knowing I had high quality and really good looking professional clothing.
