This was a pretty good Kohls. I'm not normally a Kohl's shopper, but i had a very good experience at their store in Royal Palm Beach recently, so I signed up for their credit card. We were in this area, and since I've signed up, I'm getting all sorts of great coupon deals. As we were passing by, I wanted to try to use one of the discounts that was only valid today. I found myself trying on a number of things including a dress that "spoke to me". After my large discount was applied to the sale price, it ended up at under $20! A real bargain! Thanks Kohls for your appealing offers and marketing efforts. I guess I'll be here much more often than expected. read more

I came midday and it wasn't too crowded. This Kohl's is actually pretty huge and it now has a Sephora inside. Everything was clean and clear, easy to get to. Very organized.. There is a section in the back for Amazon returns which is very convenient.. read more

By far one of the worst businesses to date. The setup reminds me of sears, where every sign is small and difficult to distinguish. The "checkout" and "customer service" are NOT even in the same section. Therefore if you stand in line for 30+ minutes, you would unfortunately have to still go get into a line and head over wasting more time to go get a return or exchange. Ridiculous, nobody says anything, no greeting, and definitely no let me get that for waiting so long, nothing zero empathy. Very gross and disgusting disservice that they provide and the one thing i came in, was a gift, and sadly has to be trashed. I cant return or exchange without wasting another 30 minutes, or making my way over to this location which for me is in the other side of town. With limited time left to return, it becomes basura, and aggravatingly though its a gift its someones money that has been thrown away. Online Kohl's. I bought 2 of the same thing. Literally, I picked one thing and changed the quantity to 2. I receive my order confirmation via email, and they are sending me 2 different things. Whenever I go to the store with a coupon I am told that the item I am buying is not included in the general coupon I received. Very disappointing. After waiting in line to pay for 15 minutes, I am told the coupon is no good. I believe corporate does this on purpose just to get you in the store. I recently purchased clothing on Amazon. Since it did not fit, Amazon informed me that it could be returned at the Amazon Counter at Kohl's. This was the first time I had heard of this. What a great idea! Since I was already in the store and Amazon had just given me a coupon to use, I decided to look around. I actually found great items to purchase at great prices. The reason for the low rating on this review is; No sales people were around some of the departments. The ones that were there in lingerie did not offer any help. Now one was in Women's. The dressing rooms were all packed with clothing mostly on the bench or floor. Nobody was handling the dressing rooms. The store has so much potential. It's a shame that it is managed this way. Another shopping experience that has a good variety for the entire family. The best deals seem to happen if you have their credit card since they offer huge discounts and Kohl's cash to use a couple weeks later. I do like that they sell character T-shirts for everything and rock bands. They have bedding, kitchen, jewelry and toys! They are also an Amazon return center which most definitely draws people into the store. They have a huge parking lot and sit on the corner of a busy intersection but the store sits far enough back from the traffic. read more

Well, I went here because I got a birthday reward from them and figured why not. I hadn't been here in a very long time. They have all kinds of clothing, purses, items for the house and more. I ended up buying make up/foundation and I am very happy with it (NYX). I'm not a big fan of the adult women clothing but I could see coming here for presents and other items for the home. Everything is divided up by sections (women, kids etc) so you don't have to go looking all over the store for your item. If you have a credit card, you get Kohl's Cash so that helps as well with taking money off the top! Check it out -well priced. And the employees were very helpful and friendly. Very disappointed with the drive-up service today by Associate Steve. I went to pick up a frame I ordered online, which was ready in record time, and parked in the designated area. The sign in front of the parking space says to call a certain number OR tap on the email that I am here. When Steve came to my car he said I should have called, when I pointed to the sign where it says I can tap my email he said it was wrong. He then went back to get my frame. Upon his return he slid the frame through my car window and said again I should of called. The frame was not in a bag and was coming apart. The email I received said the associate will put the items either in the trunk or in the back seat. Steve is clearly not with the program and someone should have a word so what Kohl's says it will do, Steve will also do. read more

I bounce between this Kohl's and the one in the Coral Square Mall. I like that I can get other shopping done at the mall but I find this one has more of a selection. I came in tonight because I had the coveted 30 percent off coupon and I wanted some tops for work. Normally I don't get the store credit cards but at Kohl's it really pays to have it. You get a lot of coupons and if you spend a certain amount of money each year you become a preferred customer and get even more savings. You also don't have to hang on to the paper receipt for returns. They can always look up the price you paid through the card. The return policy is fantastic. They will take any item back if you are not satisfied. This was the day to shop because there was a ton of clearance. I found it in at least three different parts of the store. When Kohl's does a clearance they really slash the price. If you add a 30% discount to that it's like bananas. They had lot of sweaters and jackets and that was fine for me because the room I am in at work is like an igloo. Antarctica is warmer. You have to really dig through the clearance and it took me 2 plus hours to go through that disorganized mess but I ended up saving over $400 off the ticketed prices. Another thing I like about Kohl's is that they don't hassle you about going into the dressing room to try things on. You take what you want and as much of it as you want. You don't have to check in with anyone. I don't shoplift and I appreciate that they don't treat me like I do. In addition to clothes for men, women, and kids, Kohl's has housewares, shoes, electronics, handbags, seasonal items, and jewelry. On top of the great savings I scored I also got Kohl's cash which can be used on a future purchase. There is no minimum to use it, I can use the Kohl's cash for the whole purchase if it covers it. Now I just have to remember to use it. I might be time to download the Kohl's app to get that reminder. read more

Well seems my last review was 2017 and I haven't done business with Kohl's since. I am your target customer and should love Kohl's. Today I found myself needing to order Nike running shoes for my son. Zappos didn't have his size. Wow, what a time wasting website. Thanks Kohl's. Put the shoes in the bag to get a price. Ugh, seriously, what am I at 12 year old girl at a birthday party? Then I have to spend 10 or 15 minutes trying to figure out the stupid coupon system. Hopefully, I can make it at least 5 more years without dealing with Kohl's again. I have a few clothing pieces from the old days of Kohl's that I still love such as a high quality cotton zipper sweatshirt. Clothing quality now is very poor. Where do I buy my basics? Uniqlo, do I pay a ton for shipping? Yes, worth it, absolutely. New owners/management take heed. To start on a positive note; I have been fortunate to have thoughtful sales assistance when I needed it. Granted, the customer service is good, but it's not what you would expect in Bloomingdale's or any other high end store, your in Kohl's. There are great bargains, Kohls cash & lots of coupons to be found. If I have a coupon, chances are I will forget to use it anyway and even without it the prices are pretty great. I haven't made many purchases because I haven't found anything other than a random item, such as a candle or something for my kitchen. I still enjoy browsing through the home decor department and they do have a nice selection of name brand merchandise at reasonable price points. I refuse to shop here during the holiday season; because just like every other store, it gets crazy busy and it becomes a zoo~complete utter chaos, and that's not for me. You can find just about anything at Kohl's; luggage, Keurigs, K Cups, kitchen gadgets, dishes, bathroom items, linens, pillows, clothes, shoes, etc., if you need it they probably have it. If you don't feel like waiting in line or searching for your size, go online and order it. These days I tend to do most of my shopping online anyway. I like to get here when they first open because it's usually nice and quiet. The store itself is clean and organized, just not during the holidays. Kohl's refused to print my receipt from purchase history and refused to price adjust, even though I bought the items on their own charge card! Kohl's is a very high quality department store. Men's and Women's clothes are available in most sizes. They have small appliances, toys, housewares, all the items you would expect to find in a nice department store. There are coats and jackets for sale-- all at the same high quality. The store is well-kept and clean, even around Christmas time. It's a great place to find a gift, if you need one. The parking lot is usually easy to find a close space. They organized everything for holiday shopping quite nicely. They held up signs where the end of the lines were located. My husband and I just left this store. Sorry to say we had a terrible experience. We were purchasing a pair of pants. The sign said one price and it rang up another. We went to the back to supposedly get adjusted. A so called manager was called, a blond heavy set woman, who basically chopped my head off. The nastiest woman I have seen. She knew she was wrong and immediately took the sign off. I have worked in retail all my life and I know the right thing to do. We told her we did not want them. After returning them she then said I will give them to you at the sale price. What kind of place has this turned into. I used to love coming here. Being greeted by your employees. Not anymore. So as a pregnant woman I had a horrific experience here. I am normally a size 8-12. Meaning I can usually find clothes anywhere. Well, when I got pregnant my belly got HUGE. I wore tons of moomoo style dresses and just didn't check the scale. LOL Then it came time for my baby shower and none of my size 8 dress fit, of course! So I went to this Kohl's to look for dressed. I could easily fit into an XL or a plus size dress. I ask for assistance and the clerk looks at me in disgust and says, "Why would you even want to go out looking like that!" I nearly cried. I found a size XL dress, it fit, I got it and I informed management of the issue. They offered me free vouchers and I told them I didn't want them but I just wanted the employee reprimanded because it really hurt my pregnant mama feelings. I go to this store all the time. Make sure you get a Kohl's card - it's so worth it. You get some many deals especially if you have the rewards as well. Today I bought $22 worth of stuff and got it for $7 with $10 Kohl's cash and $5 rewards. This specific store never has given me any issues. Make sure you read the fine prints on all of your rewards and Kohl's cash - sometimes they don't accept it for everything (electronics, Nike). I know some people who just think this chain is the greatest, but so far, I'm not seeing it. While this location is a little better than some that we've seen, it's still nothing special. They do have some good names on their fashions, i.e. Juicy Couture, but when you look at them, you can tell that they are not made up to the same standards as the Juicy that you see in other stores. I was looking for something to wear for a special event, but just didn't see anything that I liked, and that's pretty unusual for me. I think the best part of the store is housewares. They had some very pretty holiday linens, and the quality didn't look bad, but the prices were pretty high. My friend with whom we were shopping was looking for a coat, since she's going to Chicago for Thanksgiving. She asked the clerk at the check-out, who thought that they probably didn't have any, and if they did, he wasn't really sure where they might be. Really? The store isn't that big. We did find some, but nothing suitable for Chicago. Where were they? In the front of the store, just to the side of the cash registers! Sorry to the Kohl's lovers out there, but this is an odd store; they carry mens clothing from odd labels and some store owned brands, which are all ludicrously overpriced on the tags (seriously, e.g. $50 for off the rack store brand polos made in China and India) then mark some of them down for sale up to 25% and coupled with constant coupons for 15%, 20% to (very rarely) 30% additional discount (progressively on the remainder, not off the original)- so some $15 piece of crap tagged at $50 might only be $25. This sales ploy floats an entire chain, somehow. One out of 30 labels is moderately useful for casual wear... the rest is cheapee shirtn-tie boxed stuff for car salesmen and fast food managers. read more

I love Kohls in general and this store is no exception. My favorite Kohls is at the Coral Square Mall (it is two stories) but this one is nice too. I have found some cute Miami Dolphins TShirts here that came in handy when I went to the games (the same shirts are sold at the stadium for twice as much). Worst store ever. 30% of their cloths the size does not match the hanger. I get in the dressing room and can't try on. Why bother having a hanger with a size on it if you aren't going to use it. I have been to this store about 5 times and always same problem (instead now I realize it before dressing room) I am not even talking about clearance items either. I won't even bother looking at them because the racks are so stuffed it's hard to flip through to find a size since the clearance racks are more like 65% wrong size. Its location is nice. There is Walmart on the opposite side, Best buy and Target are nearby and if you feel to satisfy taste buds there is Tijuana Flats and Bru's Bar right behind. Come to Kohl's when its time for some formals. I believe they have some decent collection of some casual formal clothes. More than half the store is on clearance and the remaining half is pretty expensive. That said, the return process is easy and simple. Stores are usually clean. Somehow I start feeling very hungry whenever I enter Kolh's. I end up spending more on food after shopping at Kohl's than what I spend there. Weird, I know. They ask you to sign up for their card and you receive countless emails and mail catalogs. I know the women in my family are pretty high on visiting Kohl's so very often and use the coupons and stuff. I think they enjoy visiting more than I do. So an extra star just for that!!! read more

I am a big fan of Kohl's, especially if I have a coupon (but I only go if I do lol). For the most part they will always have what I am looking for in clothes. I like to buy a lot of their cute tops for work when they are on sale otherwise it can be a little pricey. If they are having a sale, offering a coupon, or both that's when you can really save. On a recent visit I also scored some Kohl's cash and that's always a good thing ;) This location is right across the street from Wal-Mart and shares the same plaza as Tijuana Flats and Bru's Room is close as well. The parking lot is very large you will never have to look for parking unless its a holiday. The staff is always friendly and helpful. If i could give this place one star I would. To begin with I came to this establishment to return an item for Amazon. Instead I got greeted with disgusting customer care. I normally go to the location in coral square mall and they are fabulous, exceptional customer care for my amazon return. However, this location has me utterly disgusted. To begin with the amazon signs are not presented in a way to lead the customer to complete the return with ease and speed. After running around the store getting different directions from employees I found the kiosk for returns. Well me and another guy are doing a return and there are two people standing there. They both looked up and said nothing. Made complete eye contact, yet no verbal communication made. So i take it upon myself to initiate communication. Again the associate Gabe makes no initiative to say "one moment" "will be with you shortly". Although I am annoyed and disgusted with the behavior i am patient. After completing my return I tell Gabe he should hreet the customer next time. Instead of saying "thank you for the feedback" or "i apologize for the inconvenience" he tells me next time i should just wait and be more patient he is training someone. Well hey buddy you are doing a horrible job. Train someone to greet the customer first! Oh but it gets worse, I then ask for his manager and he tells me he does not know where they are and he can not call one because he has no walky, clearly a sign that he does not care. Instead of resolving the matter at hand he continues to be abrasive and combative. I go to customer service and boy was I completely shocked. The young lady was super respectful and polite, she even apologized for the wait and asked my name. But just when i though it was getting good the manage comes. Well Ja... when a customer comes to you about their concern do not brush them off. I started off with my experience in finding amazon kiosk, Jay tells me "its pretty easy to find" "there are signs everywhere"... um excuse me but I am the customer and I am just describing my experience. Anyways not to go on a rant but I will be calling corporate and I would like this khols location to be reviewed by Amazon. They should not be allowed to do amazon kiosk returns. I shop at Kohls regularly but this was by far the best service. Was buying an engagement ring which is stressful enough. I wanted big and real. Tony was working the jewelry counter and as luck would have it, he got busy when I showed up. He took care of everyone with ease and patience. When it was my turn, he showed massive amounts of patience and was helpful in looking with. Once we found what i wanted, he then taught & showed me how to ensure you are getting the real thing. As I was out of town, he asked if I had a coupon which of course I didn't. Seeing I was paying with my Kohls charge he gave me one of the cards which when scratched off gave me 30% off. All Kohl's are the same. Similar to Target but higher quality and less diversification. Best for clothes and apparel. Easy to navigate layout. (All store layouts are same). Reasonable prices and lots of sales. Clean and modern. Worth going too if you're nearby. read more

I'm here shopping with my daughter. So far I've been helped by four employees here, awesome! They helped me get fitted for a suit, order something on line and helped with my daughters fancy dress.
