Items like iron, penicillin, etc. In a lot of cases when they don't have the medicine at one store they try to send it to another store. They often lose the prescriptions and or do not check the recordings to receive them in a timely fashion. When ever you arrive to the pick up window there is usually only 103 or four windows open. The staff is not kind or respectful.

She was argumentative, cocktail, arrogant and rude. After calling ahead and being told 30 minutes till its ready, I show up 3hrs later to be told that they need 5 minutes and to get back in their 20 minute drive through line again. Glenda was refusing to let me sign for the 1 that was ready and literally sitting right beside her to sign. She literally told me to find another pharmacy if I couldn't understand why I needed to wait in line twice to get my script. I've never been to a hyvee this shitty at customer service. Not once, and I have picked up med's at 4 other hyvees over the years.

From shipment one where they left a case of beer (that I didn't order) on my front step to the last delivery where they didn't pay attention to my order's directions. I have used their service aprox. 8 times, every time the order picker substituted with what ever they wanted to. I usually order several Lbs of ground beef each order with directions to fill the order in one pound packages. I would get three Lbs. in one package, instead of two pork chops per package I have had eight in one package............it's only the wife and myself. They have picked cans of soup of their own choice. I believe some they have sent me are variety's they can't get rid of by any other method. Every order has been incorrect. I recently had a order left (dumped) against my door to where I couldn't get out to get it without having to plow the groceries over with my door to get them. I have called the store after each disaster. I had one Aisles On Line person tell me that they would refund the difference in price "this time" after the delivery/picker substituted a much higher priced item than the item I specified with "No Substitution" but it would be the last time they would refund..............in the future I would have to pay for the unwanted higher priced item. I also get groceries from the LARGE store, name beginning with W. Every one of their orders have been perfect. Guess where I'm switching to........leaving HyVee Delivery in the dust!
