I always have a delightful time talking with Mike. He is from Wisconsin and needless to say...knows his cheese. And...Mike is a true 'Cheese Head' being a Packer and Badger fan. I bought a wedge of Parmesan cheese for our Italian dishes. I also bought two blocks of eating cheese which are FANTASTIC!! The first one is a Cranberry Cheddar and the second one is a Bourbon Smoked Cracked Black Pepper Cheddar. Talk about cheese for crackers; what a great and tasty way to snack. If you need cheese, stop by the Badger Cheese Haus and buy some...you will not be disappointed. And by the way, he gave me a free wedge of Asiago cheese which I'm going to add to my scrambled eggs tomorrow. Go Packers!! Returned two weeks later to try some more cheese and bought a block of Jack N' Dill cheese and a block of the Pepper Jack cheese w/ jalapeños and another block of the Bourbon Smoked Cracked Black Pepper Cheddar. These cheeses are simply tasty. After trying a sample of the Jack N' Dill cheese in the shop I will definitely have to use restraint from eating it in a couple sittings. Just the right amount of dill flavor. Not to mention Mike gave a couple packages of crackers for free. Go Packers!!

I went to the bakery section in the back, where the lady who worked here was super nice and friendly. Gave me so much information. They had little chocolates. More flavors than you could imagine. Peppermint bars, Cookies, and candies. I bought a cinnamon roll because holy hell, the cream on it looked so bomb. And I bought a half dozen cupcakes. Each cupcake was around $2.25 each. They looked crazy. I had to buy them. I bought an Oreo cream , some peanut butter bliss, a wedding cake and s'mores flavored cupcakes. They were beautiful. The people who make these things put a lot of work and effort to not only make a cute spot to go to in Quincy. When she heard I was coming to Hannibal from O'fallon she asked me to stop in here to get her favorite popcorn. I picked up a few bags and payed for them. I then was telling the nice gentleman working there about my wife. He apologized and gave me another bag of popcorn and said he wished I told him earlier. My wife was so happy when I told her this she began to cry. I can't thank you guys enough for making her day with her favorite popcorn. Truly a classy place. God Bless!
