HOWEVER The service was VERY friendly, fast, and efficient! I think we sat in the waiting room for all of 10 minutes at the most, there was no waiting line, and we didn't have to make an appointment to get it. Talk about fast, friendly service. For this reason, we will return and pay twice as much to get our oil changed. We also got a free car wash out of the deal, so that was awesome!

When I went to test drive, he was out with a different customer, but everyone else in the facility was more than happy to help until he got back. I had my 84 YO mother along with me (gotta make sure she can get in/out of my vehicle!) and they were so patient and accommodating for her! I ended up getting a 2020 Traverse and I absolutely love it! When I went to pick it up, they went through all the features/bells/whistles with me so I knew how things worked. Of course I had a long list of questions with me but they answered every single one. In addition, there were two (fairly minor but annoying) cosmetic issues with it and Yee spoke to his manager and got approval to have them fixed. Excellent service! I particularly appreciate that they didn't try to upsell me into something else. They respected my choices! VERY nice group of people over there! Definitely would go back again!

V&H will gladly sell you a lemon!…read more This dealership will be receiving a MV2338 DMV formal complaint after I traded in my truck for a Jeep that has been sitting in a Jeep dealership for over 2 weeks with an oil leak, suspension leak, heated seats that don't work, headlights that intermittently shut off and god knows what else I haven't found yet. When anything else breaks on this vehicle I will be contacting mopar, this dealer, and whomever else I have to.. After two weeks another dealer told me it would be $588 to fix the headlight issue and V&H did offer to pay for the headlight issue... but I had to spend two hours on the phone and only after the warranty said it wasn't covered... (after being sold that the warranty would cover it) Ive spent hours and now 5 trips to a different dealership close to my house to resolve this. (My current Jeep looks like a ram because I still don't have the car I bought ). I picked it up two weeks later and guess what? Still a problem with the lights. 15 days in a minivan and ram, 5 trips to the dealership and... lemon. This dealership will sell you a problem and will screw you over. They do. Not. Care. Drive to Point or anywhere else to buy a car from a dealership who understands ethics and have mechanics who actually inspect vehicles prior to selling them. I was dealing with Alex Dominaco, who pushed aggressively for a wire transfer before providing even the most basic proof that the vehicle existed. When I asked for a simple video inspection, he suddenly became evasive and started giving excuse after excuse. The moment I told him I wouldn't send a dime until I saw the video, he changed his story and claimed the car wasn't even at his dealership--despite previously pressuring me to wire money for it. The combination of zero transparency, refusal to verify the vehicle, and insistence on a wire transfer made the entire situation feel extremely unsafe and fraudulent. I strongly urge anyone considering doing business with York Motors LLC to proceed with extreme caution.
