Within a day of receiving my new orthotics, they squeaked loudly. I returned to the office and the same podiatrist said they were squeaking because my shoes weren't supportive enough. (I've worn custom orthotics for decades and never had this problem.) I invested $ in two good pairs of shoes. They continued to squeak. I also felt like my feet were less comfortable than they had been in the old orthotics. I asked to see a different podiatrist at Barking Dogs. The owner of the practice ordered some modifications to make them more supportive. I then had to wait about two months to get the modifications. The office staff said this was because the lab is in Canada and it was taking longer due to new tariffs. When I received them, they were very uncomfortable. When I got testy and asked for a refund, he refused because they already invested money in them. He urged me to give them a few more weeks. The comfort did improve but they continued to squeak. He put Elastoplast material on the bottom. They didn't squeak in the office but the next day it resumed. After a few more weeks, the top layer began peeling off. My expensive shoes have also stretched because the orthotics are wider than they should be. Since I spent $500 for these poorly made orthotics, I can't afford new ones. I've returned to wearing my old ones, which provide less support but at least I don't sound like a one man band when I walk. I'm looking for some non-custom orthotics that will fit my narrow feet. I'm disappointed since this practice is highly rated, so I expected a good product. If you need orthotics, go somewhere else.

Dr. Tran trimmed the callus, causing absolutely no discomfort, and immediately at least 90 percent of the pain was gone! If someone told me I could be cured so quickly and completely, I would have been highly skeptical.

Got here early just in case any hiccups. Checked in the front desk gave paperwork. I took the liberty of photocopying all my dads insurance cards on a piece of paper and attaching to the paperwork. The young lady behind the desk is saying what's this ., I said all his insurance cards cause I don't know which one you need. She says well the Aetna replaces the Medicare card. I'm not sure about that so she kind of went back and forth with me about it. Like whatever just appreciate the fact you have all his info and don't have to get up off your tail and make copies. Waited about 20 mins to be called back where we met Dr. Bobadilla who was very nice, caring , suggestive of my dads feet. After looking at my dads toe nails I felt they could have been cut better, filed evenly or something. I wasn't sure if he was done or not. Dr Bob went thru them very quickly a little to fast for my liking, my dad was jumping all over. Maybe because he's used to doing this but I thought the overall final result could have been neater. I felt it was rushed, choppy , uneven. The tech did come afterwards to file them but again they weren't evenly cut. We will see how it goes on our next visit.
