I'm so glad we found This and That Fence to get a second opinion: the price was lower than what the first person was quoting, but also the level of detail, responsiveness and service Paul provided was incredibly top notch. After walking the yard with us, we received a highly detailed quote of the work ahead (both drawings and written details). This was enough to give us confidence to move forward and schedule with Paul. Every step of the way leading up to the scheduled work date, Paul kept me informed and kept in the loop which I really appreciated. Paul also was able to adhere to what our HOA guidelines asked for, so that there was no risk to the job performed. He was also able to modify the quote based on a shared fence line with a neighbor, bringing the price down a bit more while still providing a good section of fence to be replaced for confidence. Paul finished in a solid two days and we are so amazed by the quality of the work his team completed for us! Thank you, Paul - we will highly recommend you to anyone in need!

Too often, I've had contractors talk over me or defer to someone else in the room. This is my house, my project, and Logan made sure my voice was the one that counted. The crew was fantastic, too. They worked through the heat without cutting corners, replaced six shaky fence posts my builder botched two years ago, and installed a gate that's as sturdy as it gets. It looks sleek in the front yard, but you can tell it's built to handle the crazy winds we get here. I can't recommend these guys enough. Florence Fence has completed four neighboring houses in this timeframe. They are unreliable and not showing up on time. Both gates that have been installed are sagging and look like crap. My husband actually had to go to Florence fence and buy a post because Tahoe fence said they would have to special order it and it would be another 3 weeks. They left cement splatter all over the fence posts and the fence is still not done. We have been struggling to contain our dogs during this time frame and had to go buy an electric fence for the time being. Their excuse is there are schools up in Tahoe that needed to be finished first. Shouldn't those have been finished over summer. Maybe don't take the contract if you can't complete the work. It's getting extremely frustrating. Very poor communication and subpar work! Do not recommend!
