i will start by saying I NEVER write reviews. We used THL last year and the experience was great…read more This year however was horrible. Starting with sending a deposit for a house and not hearing from them for 10 months. I contacted them and was told they "tried" to contact me to tell me the house was no longer available because of a fire. They had my $8,000. They had another house available we could use. It was more money, less rooms but available. Please note my email never changed. Because we had no choice we said ok to the house. the BBQ had to be replaced the first day. The refrigerator had a frost problem and the water and ice didn't work so I had to buy ice for the month. One of the bathrooms was clogged and had to be "jetted" and all the baths needed to be sanitized. Random fire alarms went off, once at 2am. The pool wasn't serviced for 13 days and turned green. Couldn't swim for 4 days. Many more problems. Was told not to use them because of complaints. Gave away my 2026 rental even with a signed contract. Horrible and unprofessional I received a credit of $500 for all of these problems. should get no stars

We recently rented one of these units located in Fort Myers…read more I'll start with the good, and there is a lot. It's extremely clean. It's modern and well furnished. The bed was good. The tv was a flat screen. No creatures living here. It's quiet and well maintained. Those things make it easy to feel comfortable. The bad? We weren't given our lock code to get in. When we tried to contact management it was next to impossible. We got off our plane at 3:00pm and even though our condo was only 20 minutes from the airport, we never actually got into it until 7:30pm thanks to receiving no call backs from the number to where we made the booking. We weren't given any instructions on how to use anything. We had to guess. We ended up calling a number just to find out how to LOCK THE DOOR so we could leave. The TV was supposed to have netflix. It may well have, but we had no instructions on how to use it. I'm pretty handy with modern technology and couldn't figure it out. We have netflix at home and it works off of our remote. The computer that was provided did not work or then again, maybe there's a trick to getting it to function but we weren't provided with that info. The internet was patchy. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. Some channels on the tv only work sometimes because of bad reception. The above ground pool outside is pretty old and nasty. It doesn't appear that anyone actually uses it, but it was filled with water. We don't really spend much time staying in so many of these things aren't that important, but those things are advertised as part of their package that we paid for. All in all it's a pretty nice place to stay and it's convenient to anything in and around Fort Myers, Fort Myers Beach, Naples, all the Islands etc. I would recommend this place, but when you make your booking be sure to get all the info. necessary to get things to function and all the contact names and numbers you may need during your stay.

No closets in 2 rooms. 1.5 bath. Only issue was contacting the office and speaking with the receptionist about the AC. At the moment didn't seem to understand how hot it was outside and insisted the AC was fine at 78 in the 2 floor house with 8 ppl. We were all hot all day and a night as well. They seemed to be controlling the AC which is fine but at least met your customers needs. She pushed the terms stating AC is will go 10 degree below outside temp. Which was 80 degrees outside. Besides this issue with the heat the house was good. Clean. Good kitchen. Only a small fridge but manageable. All you need for a kitchen is there. Bathrooms were clean and bedding sheets. Outside never went to or never used the jacuzzi. The beach was too close to pass up.

Lovely little cottages that appear to have been refreshed recently. Short walk (or short free bike…read moreride) to the beach. Spacious rooms were clean. Guest laundry available on site. The walls are a little thin and there was an odd stock of dishes and silverware (one drinking glass, only two forks, etc.). A full set of 4-of-each is standard. Easy to book on their website and cheaper than AirBnB or other sites. Easy check in/out with lockbox. We have stayed at many properties on island over the years. For the price, this is a great value and we would stay again.

This place was great! We went to Sanibel for Labor Day weekend and we were trying to keep a pretty…read moretight budget and this place was perfect for what we could spend. It is such a cute area and the ground have tables, grills, grills tools, a laundry room and a hammock. If it wasn't so hot we would have spent most of our time at the hotel hanging around the grounds. One of the best parts were the fact that they provide so much for their guests. We stayed in Room 3 which had a full size fridge, microwave, a coffee maker, utensils, lots of dishes and cleaning supplies for them. We brought food to heat up and save on money so this saved us on lugging all of those things with us. The don't have daily room cleaning, but it really didn't bother us and there is a laundry room if you need it. They also provide beach chairs, umbrellas, towels and a beach cart free of additional charge for guests to use which was also really helpful. We brought beach stuff but the cart was perfect for us. The only con I had was that our room must have had really thin walls because we could hear everything in the room behind us as if it was in our own room. Obviously its not the hotel's fault, but the guy in there would get up at the crack of dawn and SING and talk so loudly for the first few hours of the morning. It was quite annoying to say the least. We loved our stay though and would definitely stay there again in the future!
