Having known someone that have worked here, they ensure that their staff is trained and experienced before trying their skills out on you. You won't have to worry about leaving the shop looking like a circus freak - unless you want to. Not only is the staff friendly, but they also share great tips for hair treatment. They won't try to sell you the most expensive product on the shelf unless it's the best thing for you, and they'll often throw in samples for free with your purchase.

Although I have never had my hair cut here myself, most of the times I've been in there were mostly suits and older people getting their haircut, so I imagine perhaps Cross Cut has a straight, professional style in their cutting.
