Although I have never had my hair cut here myself, most of the times I've been in there were mostly suits and older people getting their haircut, so I imagine perhaps Cross Cut has a straight, professional style in their cutting. Anyway, they are located across from David Jones in the mall, so they're really easy to find. The range of shampoo and conditioner here has to be my favourite thing about this store.

I was pleased with their service, and Jenny was able to give a nice, quick cut that looked pretty much the same as my previous one since I showed her a picture of my previous cut on my phone. They do have Japanese hair catalogs in the waiting area, which can also help with choosing a style, and their staff seem very skilled and well-trained to cater for a wide variety of styles. I can't really compare them to other places in the area, but I think for the price of $20, this was a good experience. I will happily go back there for my next cut. --Edit-- I have visited a second time, and I must say I was not as impressed as last time. I guess I went at a busy time of day, but the place was overcrowded and the service was rather impersonal. I was also not as satisfied with the cut (from a different stylist) this time.
