I loved the answers they gave me. When we finally went in, the front desk care was top quality. The ladies are so nice, caring and just like your loving aunties. That first impression was so great! When we went back, the hygienist was amazing with my 2.5 yo. My daughter usually hates brushing and it's a daily struggle with her; but with this hygienist, you would never know. You would've thought she loves brushing and loves the dentist. The Dr was great as well. Everyone was very personable, made me and my daughter feel comfortable and overall great service and care. I'm glad I didn't go with the my other option. I am now scheduled there myself and they will be our dentist from here on.

This is my husband's dentist, and I would come with him (when we were just dating) years ago. My in-laws also come here and have been coming for years before I even started dating my husband. Our soon to be 4 year old daughter has been coming here since she had her first tooth. Located in the Wahiawa Town Center, there is ample parking. We usually schedule our appointments first thing on a Saturday morning. So we've never experienced the area to be busy or otherwise. We live in Mililani Mauka. So it's such a short drive for us. We can get there in 10 minutes tops. The front desk help is ALWAYS super sweet and friendly. She knows us really well. I guess because our entire family goes there. She knows all of us in the family. The hygienist is really good and thorough. She really does a great job. She's totally cool. Dr. Kamisugi is extremely friendly and positive. He was so patient with our daughter on that one visit (I think she was about 1 1/2) she was about ready to cry. He was very good with her and spoke to her and was able to calm her down. The staff here is so local with such an "ohana" vibe. I really appreciate that. They're super cool. They allow my daughter to lie down on my husband as she gets her teeth cleaned. Let's just hope my daughter grows out of that. =)
