This is our second time at a koa and again, we were pleased with our stay. Access to clean showers and bathrooms, great customer service. You can order pizza, coffee, ice, etc to your campsite free of charge. The campsite is right on lemolo lake which is a clear and stunning lake. You can rent paddle boards, kayaks, boats, etc through the koa. There is no bear cans which was interesting but the owners did tell us that they haven't seen a bear at the campground because they can't build in Umpqua national forest and we didn't see any during our stay. read more

Although when I was there it was pretty chilly out in June of 2023, the location is really wonderful. The staff are all friendly and helpful with the area knowledge. Fresh brewed coffee in the morning and Ice Cream Socials, just bring your bowl and spoon. There are RV spots, Tent Spots and if you roll with a roof top tent (tepui) like I do the tent spots 19,20,21,22,23 all work very well for it. If you want to walk into your camp site there are 30,31,32 down at the lake front which are really nice if your in a ground tent and down mind about an 8 foot incline to walk up and down. The view of lake is wonderful and they even rent paddle boards, kayaks, pontoon boats and aluminum boats to spend time out on the late. Bathrooms are clean and showers are warm, just be sure to get enough tokens from the office. They are included in your site fee just don't forget them. They will explain how the tokens work. My should was 8 tokens long and it was plenty enough time for me. Worth going here! ENJOY! read more
