Cue absolute panic. We called to try to find a storage unit and every place in town was either full, really expensive, or too far away. We then called Storage Made EZ and our turned around. We were able to rent a huge storage unit (and a UHaul but we didn't need one) over the phone that is accessible 24/7 and has great security for a great price. We were able to move out on time and our stuff stayed dry and safe while we found another place to live (while living in an RV). The owner helped us out in so many ways and we are forever grateful. Two weeks later, after driving across the country, I arrived, entered the facility with no issues, and moved in without ever needing to speak to anyone. The process was incredibly simple and convenient. One helpful tip for first-time renters: the small plastic numbered "lock" on the unit isn't your actual lock. It's just a temporary seal that you're supposed to twist and break off before installing your own padlock. The unit doesn't come with a lock, so be sure to bring one. I picked up a padlock at the Love's right around the corner, and the unit can accommodate up to three locks if needed. I've had a great experience so far. The 10x10 unit is the perfect size and honestly feels like an extension of my home with all the extra storage space. The pricing is very reasonable, and everything was exactly as expected when I arrived. My only suggestion would be to install taller fencing around the property. I understand the facility has other security measures in place, but the fence itself appears easy to climb or get over. Other than that, the entire experience has been excellent, and I would definitely recommend this storage facility.

And each time there's just nothing they can do about it. I call the insurance they force us to pay for and "there's no proof of forced entry" so nothing can be done. They have "cameras" whether they work or not they are definitely not covering all units because mine just happened to not be covered. Do not trust your belongings with this company. It's absolutely absurd the price you pay to have no security or management even located on this property.
