(I forgot what practice we were doing ) if you bring a friend, you get the BOGO price which is only $5!!!!!!! You definitely won't find a cheaper yoga class, like ever. They are located in one of the lofts off of Fulton St. The first floor is where you check in and meet the instructor. You put your belongings in a locker which they keep locked during the class. The second floor is where the class is. Mats are already provided and laid out for you but I'm sure you can bring your own. And there isn't a mat rental, which isn't like most places! Yay! The third level is vacant but heard they are renovating it for an Airbnb. I'm sad I cannot remember the instructors name right now but she was really sweet, informative, patient with the newbies, aka me, and encouraging! I think Arman recognized that I was not anywhere near my comfort area so he took the time to fully explain the process, and made sure that I was satisfied with how we would proceed, answering any questions that had before we began. Arman explained that we would be engaged in a combination of weight training, cardiovascular exercises, and regular swimming, explaining the purpose of each. A little review update…read more.. This place has truly been a lifesaver during the holiday season. Between eating the tasty yet overly salted foods, delicious sweet treats, and copious amounts of adult beverages; I love that I can book a quick 45 minute session and feel back to normal! I don't think a human actually "sweats out" toxins, but after a heavy rowing and biking session, I'm pretty sure my gym towel is 75% sweat and 25% vodka. Plus the heat helps clear my sinuses and I can actually breathe again! I've been working out here for about 6-months now and it's the first fitness regiment that has stuck!
