I'd be lying if it wasn't the first time I've encountered a person who treated someone who is not as alt presenting differently. BUT my knowledge of jewelry and brands, placements and piercing upkeep is thorough and the reason I bothered driving 45 mins to this studio. Upon making my appointment I picked out Kelly, who JUST so happened to work that weekend. They were AHMAZING, sweet, professional, and made you feel good. And for me, it was good enough to keep coming back. They introduced me to Ezra, the studio manager, for a custom order placement and that interaction continued to make up for the initial not so great check in. I've been back 2 more times since and have had great service each time. I've been introduced to Marissa as well and look forward to having a second piercer to work with on my ears. I went in on a Thursday (as a walk-in). The woman that waited on me was very friendly and had me talk with Kevin, an artist. I showed him my design and he said he could do it but he thought another artist had a stronger script background than he does- and he would recommend me scheduling time with him (absolutely appreciate his transparency). I set an appointment with Santos who was very nice, patient, and extremely professional. I took my earbuds to listen to music but never utilized them- Santos and I had great conversation and made the time fly by. I will absolutely be a repeat customer of Santos, and will recommend him to all my friends, family, or others looking for their next incredible tattoo. Overall, my experience was great with the artists and employees that I came in contact with both days. I would recommend La'rox to anyone looking to get a tattoo or piercing. I was looking for a tribute tattoo, a saying in my sister's handwriting. Something that would remind me of her. And most importantly, I wanted the final result to really look like she put it there.
