I sent a couple photos not knowing which one was going to turn out the best, nor what size to choose. After a few emails back and forth with Darla and the team, they had my photo ready within a day and ended up printing both photos in both sizes that I was deliberating on, so that I could have options. This was a very important task for me and they nailed it! Thank you guys!!

The plans to do this were last minute so by the time we decided to wanted t-shirts screen-printed with our company logo we only had 2 days to make it happen. We knew the odds were against us when we wanted to have our shirts made in such a short time frame but when I spoke to Chris at FW Promo, he pushed the order through and bent over backwards to assure we got our shirts completed in time. I highly recommend FW Promo and would gladly do business with them again. Great company and great people, and the shirts looked amazing too! Thanks again guys for working so hard to get our shirts done, we really appreciate it.

I expected an email a week later saying they were ready. Nope. I emailed. The rep supposedly never got it. Odd I used the same email addy. So I found the original I sent and I forwarded it. that was the following Tuesday, so a week later. Then I reach out to find out when, then I found out that their machne went down. No emails or calls saying its delayed. I reach out again to find out this new wrench in the get a long. so I wait and wait. Then today 9.25 I get an email saying they are ready. so 13 days for a job I was told 5 on. Now these are eye patches, the artwork they put on them is very small in relation to the patch itself. I do not remember discussing a size with them but I did expect it larger than they are.

This is a marketing company that sells your personal information to those sending you junk mail. I…read morehave gone green and rarely get any mail sent to my house so when i do, i go postal (no pun intended). I got some junk mail from Sally Beauty Supply addressed to me (red flag cuz i never gave them my name or address). So my first step was i called their local store, then their corporate store who then said they purchased my personal information from Buxton. I then called Buxton and requested to be removed from lists and asked them not sell my personal info. I got a live person, they were very nice, and referred me the appropriate person. Jenny was very responsive. It was a waste of good energy to do all this and i dont understand why we as consumers need to do so much to protect our personal information. Anyhoot, good customer service (5 stars) but 0 stars for selling my name without my permission and the hassle to track these fools down.
