I was…read morelooking for relief with my anxiety and insomnia; I accomplished that and took away far more. In three sessions, over the course of three weeks, I've been able to reduce and eliminate the use of my medication for treating these two issues. But even more importantly, I've had relief with these two issues. Being able to live, happily, on my own has been a goal of mine for years, and one that has now been reached. Hypnotherapy, specifically with Esteban, has been an experience that truly believe everyone can benefit from (I've already suggested to every loved one in driving distance).

All in all an incredible experience. Esteban is fantastic; he is loving, kind, empathetic, and…read moreskilled. If you're seeking to make changes in your life and/or release what no longer serves you, I highly recommend Esteban. Initially I was unsure if hypnotherapy was for me, because I had tried it before and just couldn't see what I was being told to see. Esteban met with me before I made the decision to move forward, discussed the process with me and listened to my concerns. We then did an exercise together to see if it was something for me, where he was able to tailor the exercise to me in a way that I was able to be guided. I've since had 3 sessions, and all I can say is WOW. The hypnotherapy/therapy experience with him has been life changing and I am extremely grateful to have had his guidance on my journey. The sessions are customized and tailored to suit what you wish to get out of working with him, and you feel like you're in a safe space free of judgement. If this is something you're considering or feel guided to do, I highly recommend Esteban.

I apologize in advance for my very long review, but I feel the need to explain myself because what…read morehappened for me was remarkable. I was very skeptical about Hypnosis and I had spoken to Liesbet several times before about my anxieties and what she would recommend as far as being able to somewhat alleviate me of this issue. Well I finally built up the courage to go and give it a shot and to my surprise I was super relaxed immediately afterwards. I thought at first that it would just be some type of counseling/yoga and I would have to constantly work at in order to eventually achieve some relief. But NO this was almost instantaneous and took no willpower on my part, the change just happened. I cannot even explain how much better it's made my life in just a few days, but I will tell you that I am now a believer. I figured it would be a temporary thing for the day or maybe a few hours, but I was completely shocked the next day when I woke up. Usually I'm riddled with anxiety and panic attacks, but I was calm and had zero symptoms of anxiety the next morning and throughout the entire day. This is not the result I was expecting, this is unbelievable to me because I have been suffering for almost 3 decades from severe anxiety. I can't even recall a time in my life where I have felt so relaxed with no anxiety whatsoever. So I waited a few days to write my review in order to see if the results lasted and to my disbelief I am better than I have felt in decades. She is absolutely magical in my eyes, I wish I would've tried this sooner, like months ago when she suggested I give it a shot. I can't praise her enough because if you've suffered like I have to feel this type of relief is completely unbelievable. I've tried counseling and medication before which I only stayed on the medication for a short time because that is just not for me, but neither one of them had any type of lasting affect and this was instantaneous and without me even doing any work. She also sent me an audio recording of my session so that I can lay back with my headphones and use it again on my own. Today at work one of my clients without knowing anything about my personal life said that I seemed very calm and relaxed , she even said my way of speaking and reacting to things was different. Mind you, she knows absolutely nothing of my personal life so the difference wasn't just noticed by me which blew my mind. This was only after one session, and if this happened after just one session I would like to see what happens with a couple more. Thank you Liesbet, you are absolutely amazing! Thank you for making this a better world.

I researched a lot of teachers, but couldn't find the one that resonated with me. When I came across the Wellness Room page I was immediately drawn to their services. I decided to start small and attended one of the free reiki circles hosted on Tuesday nights to feel out the space and Fernando. It was an instant kismet situation. He holds a beautiful space for all who arrive, has a calm yet powerful energy and is eager to teach those who are hungry enough to learn. I then felt drawn to undergo a one-on-one past life regression, and "WHOA" is all I can say. I don't know about you, but I struggle with letting go, let alone being vulnerable in a space with someone who has the potential to view secrets I didn't even know reside in myself. Feeling comfortable and at ease with Fernando would be an understatement. He was professional beyond words, helped guide me through tough areas, and even allowed me time after the hypnosis to unpack a few things I didn't quite understand. I knew immediately the next steps would be reiki. His reiki class was well organized, very informative, and thought out. The way he teaches leaves you wanting more and eager to apply the teachings. He provides snacks and didn't mind that we picked his brain a bit after the class was over. There are hidden teachings within his teachings that allow you to have some food for thought even days after the class. His methods are traditional yet simple and I love the respect he shows the practice. He keeps the teachings very science base and strays away from going to woo woo. He also has the most comfortable cushions to sit on that support your back and hips in all areas. If you are feeling the pull to learn reiki, meditate, unpack some past life stuff, or just want to see what holistic healing is all about, take that small leap of faith and visit the Wellness Room, you won't regret it!

My 8 year old niece has been working with Dr. Blanco and Dr. Harris for the past 6 months or so…read more She was having trouble with reading and did not do so well on the standardized testing last year, and just overall focusing in school and at home. She was getting so frustrated and would have meltdowns when reading and doing homework. We didn't know where to turn for help. That's when a friend recommended Dr. Josefina Blanco. Dr. Blanco was extremely insightful during the first visit and got her tested immediately for ADHD, which it turns out is what my niece was suffering from. She was immediately put on neurofeedback treatment plan twice per week and they also suggested vitamins and minerals to help with her focus. My niece loves going to "brain training" (it's what she calls it :) )and we have noticed a huge improvement. Her meltdowns are less and less... almost non-existent. We were so happy with this alternative treatment and our main goal is to try to avoid the ADHD medications. She also had the psycho-educational battery test by Dr. Harris. With these findings/reports, we now know how to help her and give her the tools she so desperately needed. The school was able to make certain accommodations for her to ensure her success and her grades absolutely reflect that. We are extremely grateful to Dr. Blanco, Dr. Harris, and the entire staff. We were so lost and didn't know how to handle these issues. They have been a guiding light and our niece is on her way to a successful and bright future.
