Seriously, everyone should try it, if you haven't already. A friend of mine years ago, used to get a massage every week and I thought she was very indulgent. But now, thanks to Roxana I have learned that massage is therapeutic in the most complete and balancing way. I do a lot of driving and get all kinked up, and Roxana completely fixes me. Her massages are different than any massage I've ever had. Now some of it may not be too comfortable, y'all, but if you don't like a firm massage she'll lighten up, whatever you like. Personally, I like to get all the kinks out and the way I feel when I leave is 180 degrees from what I felt like when I got there. And after a massage, I sleep like a baby. Please think twice before booking a massage here, or working as an employee here. The owners do not…read morealways change the sheets or wash their hands between each client. The techniques they use can be dangerous to clients, such as deep massage along the spine. When asked about the dangers of this such as osteoperosis or early onset of such they would resend along the lines of "that's what malpractice insurance is for." They try and train their new RMT employees to do the same thing. They say that the popping you experience, when you roll off of a tight muscle is just the muscle releasing. This isn't in any way true. It is in fact just them rolling off a tight muscle. They pressure their employees to ALWAYS re-book clients because massage should always be an ongoing thing. I myself have always felt that massage should be something to improve your quality of life, not to just get you through so you can come back again. They are not always kind to their employees or their clients and often times I would notice that they weren't always sure what certain muscles or techniques even were. I know these things because I am a former employee of this clinic. I would often feel belittled. After a bad experience with a male client who propositioned me, I was only told that I was too "nice" and that's why he did it. I was then asked to see if another massage therapist would be able to take him as a client instead of me. I would feel like a child being scolded when I didn't know how to do something with the computers or insurance. In fact it was my very first massage job and as soon as I was hired the owners left me to take care of their clinic and all their clients while they left for a week on vacation. Massage was really the only thing I did know how to do at the time. I was told as an employee I would still need to buy 10 sets of sheets to contribute to the clinic and help pay for business cards. I would need to get my own table, music and oils. Please make sure you know exactly what you are getting into if you decide to book a massage here.

She applied the scrub a just messaged twice and washed away. Then put on some cream, let it be for not even a minute and washed away. Nothing else was done . Oh yeah, warm towel was put on few seconds. She did everything in seconds . Very disappointing. Told the lady at front and said I could give 10% discount. Like 45-50 minutes service was done only less than 20 minutes. Worst spa ever. Never ever go there. Garbage service. Just looting the money. Please don't waste your money D NAILS.

From a used pumice stone (was not pre-packaged and only for me) and when she was done with that pumice stone, she washed it in my dirty foot water and put it back in the basket she got it from for her next customer - GROSS! Next, she applied the polish but forgot the mini massage, hot towel and cream...but oh wait, after the polish was finished and I wanted to leave, she must have remembered and put the cream/hot towel/did mini massage. This would have been forgivable, if it weren't for her stopping mid application of cream - to intently watch her T.V. program. You heard that right. She sat in front of me and watched television. It happened once again when she applied the hot towel, it went cold waiting for her to look up from the boob tube. I couldn't wait to leave this place, did not tip and will never return! Do NOT recommend, spend your hard earned money on a place where the technician doesn't leave polish on the skin around the nails and who can pay attention rather than watch tv. STAY AWAY!
