Thanks to her, we were able to turn our plain looking house into something "someone would fall in love with". Sure enough, even in a very challenging market, a buyer was found and escrow closed, all within three months our house sold to a family who did indeed fall in love with it. We could not be happier with Miriam's expertise, professionalism, and sage advice throughout the process. We highly recommend her!

We knew no one at PML and before we started our search I went online looking at reviews for reputable real estate agents. I found a positive review about Patty Beggs and reached out to her with the hope of no high pressure results. Patty immediately responded and offered us the option of driving around the community on our own, which we did. We liked what we saw, and decided to reach out to Patty and have her show us homes within our price range. It took quite a few trips of Patty driving us around the community before we found our home. Patty worked tirelessly for us and eventually we found our dream vacation home. To this day, I occasionally call Patty for a reference in the area and she never disappoints. In addition, Patty's husband Michael was a wealth of information about the area, which was greatly appreciated.

The management of this place is horrible, with hardly no communication with tenets nor any people…read moreskills to help. The maintenence crew is rude and untrustworthy, often harassing people with issues that aren't related to anything business related or otherwise. The well water is highly questionable, with contanament levels kept at just barely legal levels, and even then it's recommended to boil tap water before use. There is zero internet access outside of cellular and satellite, and satellite access is questionable at best. About the only good things about Cascade are (most) of the neighbors and the price. Neither of those things, however, should sway someone into living there unless zero other options are available. Even then, I'd advise caution.

This review is for Michelle A'Dair of Sugar Pine Realty…read more My wife and I LOVE the gold country, and wanted a place to get away from the big city. Other realtors showed us garbage properties, the ones that had been on the market for months and months, because nobody wanted to purchase them. I have high expectations of people, and it is rare when my expectations are met. That is the reason why I have given few Yelp reviews. Michelle EXCEEDED my expectations. My review will sound unbelievable, but I assure you, it is 100% true. After months of frustration, I decided to contact a high producer. Michelle marketed herself well, so I gave her a call on a Friday evening. I explained to her what I was looking for, and what I was NOT looking for. Michelle agreed to meet with us the next morning. Long story short, Within an hour after meeting Michelle in person, and seeing the home Michelle showed us, we were making an offer to purchase. The next week was nerve wracking. There was a competitive offer on this property. Michelle positioned us so that we were chosen over the other offer. Fast forward to today.... We received the keys on the property this weekend and after 3 days here, we could not be happier. Why? 10 Year Old Home, owed by an executive that NEVER LIVED HERE. As my wife says, we got a brand new home! Inspections were a breeze. There were only a few cracked shingles on the ridge of the roof, and Michelle not only made sure they were repaired, but she convinced the seller to pay for UPGRADES on the roof. The other issues were laughable...like a loose porch tile, but Michelle made sure even these type of minor things were repaired, and paid for by the seller. You won't believe this. When the home was shown, it had beautiful furniture inside. Much nicer furniture than I could afford. Michelle and my wife both thought the home had been staged. I asked for all the furniture. Michelle said she would see what she could do. After a week of conversation between agents, the seller agreed to include ALL OF THE FURNITURE! When I said I have high expectations, I was not kidding. Not only did we get a great house, but Michelle was very clear that if we need ANYTHING, to make sure we give her a call. I've spent the time writing this long review because frankly, Michelle deserves it. We got everything we asked for, and even things we did not ask for. Michelle EXCEEDED our expectations in every way. Give Michelle a call as GREAT REALTORS are rare. You won't be disappointed.
