Its two months after the sale and I feel as strongly about Ed Rector as I did during any part of…read morethe sale process. It was a difficult home sale situation and Ed handled head-on, exceeding my expectations. I researched the area prospects and interviewed six realtors that I picked or were recommended to me. If you want an agency to list your home on a website and social media and forget about you there is a realtor for that. If you want a large team of folks to handle your home sale, there are agencies for that. If you want an agent actively focused on selling your home, call Ed Rector. I met with Ed and immediately I sensed a likable energy and strength. He showed an interest in seeing the entire home top to bottom and inside out. None of the other realtors expressed an interest in anything beyond the homes obvious beauty and all others politely dismissed my invitation to investigate the home other than a quick walk through. Ed followed me around the house looking at everything. He cared about knowing the home, not about cob webs in his hair, mud on his shoes and stickers on his pants. Some agents skillfully took shots at other agents or agencies except for Ed, he stood clearly on his own merits. One the realtors that I had strong consideration for stated 'I saw Ed leaving as I was driving up. If you don't pick him I hope you pick me'. Ed is known among his peers with respect. Regarding the sale, Ed took on the difficult strained relationship were the two parties, myself included, were not speaking to each other and he handled and adjusted to each of our needs with respect though out the sale. He showed the home 19+ times, sold it within a month in the asked price range. Strength, honesty, respect and performance are just some of the good qualities possessed by Ed Rector. I feel blessed to have crossed paths with Ed Rector.

Was told not a morning person. Don't be bugging her in the morning. Not professional whatsoever. Not impressed whatsoever. Wanted me to lower my price constantly, even though I did the Research and I know it's very comparable too similar mobile homes. That's because they get a set price under a certain amount. So it doesn't matter to them what price it is ass long as it sells fast and they get money in their pocket. I did a fake call, had a friend call to find out what the problem was.She was very uninterested in selling the mobile.Instead, lots of negativity about the park at first. Basically, trying to tell the people to go drive by first. And if you like the park, then we'll talk about selling the mobile, which made no sense to me whatsoever. You sell the home first, and then the park. Not the other way around.Going on 5 months. So I canceled our contract and she put in a clause,if it's sold between now and the original contract she still gets paid I guess for doing nothing. When contract is canceled, you don't have the right to go on.Someone's property without proper notice.Should contact the person to tell them you're picking up your rickety old metal sign from the 80s and lockbox. You don't just show up and and surprise them and go on your property to get your things. Freaked out dog, which I normally would put away if someone was to show up. As for me, trying to relax on my day off with very little clothes on. As we discussed picking those things up on monday, she decided she was in the area on sunday and thought she would just pop in instead Very unprofessional. This company used to be good reputation. No, not anymore. Please go with a active realitor that wants to actually do something to sell your home and represent you as a seller. I do not recommend.

We had to move out of state before our home sold. Frank went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that our home sold for top dollar. He staged it, cleaned up the yard, held upscale open houses, and proactively followed up on every lead until it sold (at no extra cost to us). When it came time to negotiate terms, he was an expert advocate for us. He kept in constant communication with us throughout the entire process (which only lasted 4 months). My only complaint is that he won't be able to sell our next home for us, since we're out of state now.
