I kept it in the background until I was having weird hip, and just in general right side pain because as my daughter got bigger I had to get into a weird position and hold it for a long time. I got an appointment with Trevor (good Yelp and google reviews). He was very kind, and if you're first client of the day he's chatty which helped me relax. He explains all about what he's going with finding places and holding them for 2 minutes or more and gives all kinds of tips and tricks for at home. After the first time I was sore, but took his advice and did an epsom salt bath and lots of water. I came a week later and since then I haven't had any pain! I'm sleeping better (when baby allows) and I'm sending everyone I know who has pain to Trevor.

During the hour Jessica's very relaxing salon space and skilled manual ministrations caused all Donna's tension to flow away, and her attitude improved amazingly. Jessica was also kind enough to teach me a few of her signature adjustments, so that I could perhaps be useful by doing gentle massage in future. We were both surprised and pleased by her bright and generous personality, as well as by her skill. A few moments ago I telephoned Jessica to schedule another theraputic massage for Donna. Laura creates that environment immediately. She was born to massage. It's in her blood and it's in her spirit. Laura loves what she does and this is evident not only by her amazing bodywork, but by her devotion to continuing education as well. She attends workshops and classes to learn the latest research and techniques. I always know that Laura is up-to-date with what's going on in her field. There's no question I've asked her that she was unable to answer. If you're looking for a professional environment where you can also feel comfortable and relaxed, Laura may be the one you've been looking for. After you leave her gifted hands (literally!), be prepared to feel better physically, emotionally, and mentally far greater than you did when you walked in. And isn't that what we all want?

After spending the last 4 years hobbling around in pain, I had very little quad strength and my knee kept hyperextending. But Naomi got my leg strong after the bone graft surgery and in just a few months. I expected to start again after the ACL revision surgery in August. But all the work she guided me through after the April surgery helped me tremendously. I didn't have any pain and was able to walk much faster than after the original ACL reconstruction and the bone graft. She has helped both mentally and physically with her encouragement. After years of feeling helpless that my knee will never be the same, I finally have hopes to getting back to all my physical strength and activities prior to my original accident 4 years ago. I'm able to do things I haven't been able to do in years thanks to my surgeon and Naomi. I have become so reliant on her and look forward to my PT sessions.
