The Sultan #405 was marked Tester, Not for Sale, yet I was charged the new lipstick price of $48 plus tax. Instead of profusely apologizing and saying throw the tester away and we'll send a new lipstick, I was sent a return label to return the tester in order to receive a refund. I am totally grossed out and disgusted with Neiman Marcus!

The clothing collections are beautifully displayed and each room has a gallery quality to it. Everything is carefully curated. If you are looking for cutting edge designers, this is a top destination in Dallas. I was really impressed with how well-dressed all the employees were. They know their stuff and the power of expression through fashion. These are definitely my people. As for making a purchase, I couldn't justify spending that kind of money- I'm small-time and just really appreciated the opportunity to have a look.

They want you to make an appointment to shop here but there's no one inside. The destitute situation in downtown Dallas also makes it seem depressing; who wants to shop in a store with no customers inside (since they won't let them in without an appointment) and then buy a $2k Rabanne dress with desperate homeless people outside? The are carrying very exclusive brands for the city such as Rick Owens, Jil Sanders, and Moschino that are not carried at Neimans or Nordstrom. The staff are always gracious and friendly when I am at the store. I know the women's store just reopened recently after unfortunate fire damage and wish them all the best of luck as they continue. --Make sure to check out the window displays because they are always dope.
