Both of the folks I spoke with were friendly and knowledgeable. Although I had never been to this mechanic before, they treated me like I was a longtime loyal customer. The inspections were priced very fairly, in my opinion--$60 as of fall 2025--and their evaluations helped me negotiate an excellent purchase price. I won't hesitate to bring my vehicle to be serviced here in the future, whether it's for a simple oil change or a more complex issue.

(Thankfully after I left the highway) I was able to retrieve the part and phoned ProBilt to have it reinstalled. They sent me an appointment text so I presumed that the parts were in - went to the appointment and was back on the road in thirty minutes. Three days later I'm having my oil changed when the manager at Strickland tells me that my deflector is attached by 2 zip ties which they have to remove in order to change my oil. I call ProBilt - and I'm not happy - but I asked Jeff to order the fasteners all four of the fasteners that should have been used in the first place or the second place and after several days he calls me back to tell me that you can't buy those fasteners separately as they come pre-installed on the deflector. If that's the case, why does my invoice contain a charge for the deflector and a separate charge for the fasteners? Do better.

They could find no appointments, and when you search for a Firestone they have no badges company stores on this side that are not franchises. To the points he mentioned that Tires Plus here on my side of the Ohio River is actually Firestone. Woohoo! Seth gave me the contact info for the Tires Plus and was able to make the appropriate arrangements at that facility and stay close to home. When you're in need of tire service, Firestone it is. They tried to say I was at fault for not locking the car and it was on me now and I would get nothing when the day I picked it up the car was unlocked. Overall they suck, Shawn is a clueless manager, and Jessica and Mike at the front desk don't even communicate anything to one another. Lastly Logan the car mechanic I know it was you who left my car unlocked so make sure you get some practice on locking doors because you clearly suck at that and make sure if you have to go here just ask for Logan to stay as far away as possible. Also they just smoke cigs inside the garage with the cars so not surprised they don't want to take blame.
