Conditions we successfully treat include degenerative disc disease, spinal stenosis, herniated discs, bulging discs, tendonitis conditions, back pain, neck pain, knee pain, sciatica, piriformis syndrome, shoulder pain, frozen shoulder, rotator cuff injuries, carpal tunnel syndrome, golfers elbow, tennis elbow, plantar fasciitis, IT band syndrome and more. Treatments include cupping therapy, vacuum therapy, myofascial release and trigger point therapy. We are the only area clinic offering treatment plans that include pain management coaching. We accept HSA/FSA payments.

I'm passionate about getting people out of pain and on with their lives. As a former severe chronic back pain sufferer, I know how pain can ruin your life and make simple tasks feel impossible. I was able to "crack the code" and find the combination that worked for me - I want to do the same for you. I went from constant, debilitating pain to winning my first amateur boxing match at 45 years old!
