Illia is hands down my go to handyman…read more And I don't say that lightly because I gave him a really big project that took over a week to complete. He literally does it all (replacing toilets, replacing floors, treating the concrete, finding problem areas (mold) and replacing it, identify issues (wrong breakers placed in the house), painting rooms, replacing doors.. you name it and he can do it. What I appreciated the most about him is that he has strong communication, great work ethic and will get the job done no matter how long it takes. We had an issue or two with our ceiling fan after the project was done and he immediately came out to take a look - both at the fan and at the how it was wired (turns out it was the fan). He's definitely reliable and would take care of the job until the client is satisfied. His pricing is also very reasonable. I've only known him for three weeks and has already given him three projects. I'd definitely rely on Illia again in the future.

I have been using David Spevack of DI4U for handyman services for 8 1/2 years, and I feel very…read morefortunate that I was referred to him when I first needed help. He fixed my sink, did a great job, and I've held on to his information ever since and used him for a lot of other projects including my fridge, drywall work, smoke alarms, and toilets to name just a few. I continue to call him whenever I have a project. David is professional, friendly, polite, knowledgeable, and competent. He doesn't take shortcuts just to get a job done faster--he takes the time to do things right. And if something ever needs attention afterward, he is responsive and willing to come back and make it right. But the quality I value most in David is his honesty. I trust him. I never feel that he is trying to overcharge me or take advantage of me. Unfortunately, I've had other vendors do exactly that, so having someone I can call and feel completely comfortable trusting is extremely important to me. David has earned that trust over the years. David is a man of faith and strong moral values, and I believe that is reflected in the way he conducts his business--with honesty, integrity, and respect for his customers. He has become much more popular and busier since I first started using him, so sometimes I have to wait for an opening. ...but I would rather wait and have David do the job than call someone else. After 8 1/2 years, that says a lot about the kind of handyman--and the kind of person--he is. I highly recommend David Spevack and DI4U to anyone looking for dependable, skilled, and trustworthy handyman services.
