Today is the 17th and I still have not received the document. I called him 2 days ago and left message asking him about the document that he told me he would email me. He returned my call today. During our conversation today by phone, he implied that he could not clearly remember which option was the least risk for me. I then reminded him that I was there for one hour with him on the 4th and that he should have taken notes or a note reminding him of which decision he had made on my behalf and that he had a fiduciary obligation to me as his client to do so. He got upset at that and I got upset at him and told him he was an (expletive) after telling me that I should find another attorney. I strongly recommend those of you reading this review to find someone else to help you with mortgage concerns. When I first went in to see this guy, I vented about something that had nothing to do with him but with some other issue having to to do with my being a full time caregiver and his response to that was very unprofessional as well. He treated me like some young kid which I am not. Didn't show any sense of compassion for what I was talking about and I sort of knew at that point that this lawyer and I were not compatible but I paid him for my visit that day anyway. Very unprofessional with no regard for agreed upon timelines. This guy is an unfeeling, rude passive aggressive. Stay away.

We had a service that was acquired by this disgraceful company. Support limited not portal to…read moremanage or check your service. A few weeks ago they called me to tell that they need to upgrade my service and a tech would attend my house at an agreed time. They never showed, no one ever called until over a week later. Today they emailed me to tell me that they cant upgrade my service and they will terminate the service on the 13th of August. To get NBN to my property I need to go through our body corporate to get approval and actually get someone out to conduct the work. We now are up that creek all because they could not manage their own business properly, done thier due diligence and given reasonable notice so that customers could find an alretate provider.

As frustrating as that was having no internet, they sent James to help us same day. He was excellent and he re-hooked our Spectrum back up so we weren't without service. Upon returning from vacation, I called to get the ClearNetworx service hooked up. James came out again and within a short period of time we were hooked up properly. He tested our streaming, worked great, then looked at our Ring doorbell, made sure it was all working correctly. We were so happy to have James and his exceptional customer service skills (As well as his great technical skills). James is very good at his job and we really appreciated his help!! When I called, the owner answered -- at least I think it was the owner -- and I received an incredibly warm response, along with surprising enthusiasm to help us out completely on the fly. He was flexible with our uncertain arrival time, since we didn't know exactly when we'd roll into town, and when we arrived, he dropped everything to take a look. At first, it seemed like it might be an easy fix, but it turned out to be much more complicated. A pin had fallen into the abyss of the internal workings of the seat, well beyond our ability to reach it. He knew exactly what he was doing, and despite the difficulty and the unexpected amount of time needed to locate the pin and get everything reattached, he simply would NOT give up. He had the most positive attitude the entire time. This place makes me wish I needed something reupholstered! 1000 stars for this business. I wish there were more like them! The location itself is cute and located in a historic building. Since they are a roaster first and foremost, they have a bunch of equipment and also large bags of pre-roasted beans on premise. You can buy freshly roasted coffee beans to take to-go. I wish we picked some up!
