We were told by an employee the case was broken and had been taken in to be repaired and was not put back on yet. The manager scolded the employee as he told us we would need to purchase a new one and it was stolen. "Those things happen, and a good one is $500 to $700." First class run place. Here for a memorial service for my dad.
