Every year our 401k was sent the same Safe Harbor paperwork and we are always billed for the same amount when the same letter from the previous year was used and nothing new was done. I questioned it every year as any client should be able to but this year she lost her cool and discharged as she just can't work with us for questioning the billing. I guess we were not good little clients that never questions and just pay the billing. Great way to make a lot of money for the company by billing for the same thing with no new work. We also found out the fidelity bond we have had should have been increased but Ms. Moehl never informed us to do this because well we don't know why since she worked so hard on our account and billed us for work that she said she was doing. I have no email saying increase your bond. Do not recommend at all.

THEN after paying him his $6,500 retainer fee, he went back on everything he said he would do. I had been told by men in my office that Paul was a great attorney. As I spoke with other women in the community regarding their divorce proceedings with Paul Saucy, theirs were the same as mine---he gave everything to the husbands and totally took advantage of these women. I even wrote a letter to the Oregon State Bar--nothing happened. Paul refused to ask my ex-husband for spousal support, stating "no ex=husband wants to pay alimony." Really, Paul??? He gave our house, cars, the $20,000 camping trailer that I BOUGHT, and a myriad of other things, ALL to my ex-husband. He also knew my husband was abusive and mentally very unstable. I ended up with no more than what I walked into the marriage with. My money had bought many things, including the remodel of our home. The approximate total of all I had invested in my marriage was OVER $50,000. I did not get ONE PENNY out of my divorce. I was completely abused, and taken advantage of by Mr. Saucy. Having a very good education in Psychology, I can easily without a doubt say that Paul Saucy is an IMMORAL Narcissist/Sociopathic/Misogynist/Chauvanist pig, liar and cheater, with absolutely NO feelings of remorse or guilt at taking advantage of ANY female client. So, as someone who was supposed to look out for me, and represent me and get everything equally, Mr. Saucy failed MISERABLY. This man should have been DISBARRED years ago.....

She manages tricky situations with effortlessness. Shannon's attitude is "let's take care of this right now." In court she is calm and carefully but with seeming effortlessness asks questions that get to the heart of the situation. In every instance her work brought positive results for me, and when the other side stalled, she continued with constant pressure until we prevailed.
