I don't trust a lot of people but one of their employees Ryan M. reassured me that they would handle the job with care and that it would look amazing, when they were done. He was right! A date for the service was set and 4 guys, including Matthew and Ryan that came out to clean up my yard. They had a truck that they parked out front that they filled up with yard waste. They finished the project in one day. I had my front, sides and backyard cleaned up. It looks so beautiful. I am no longer embarrassed by my yard. What impressed me most was his attention to detail. He took the time to pull the weeds growing between the decorative rocks around our pool area, which is a high-traffic spot that has always bothered me and was often overlooked by previous gardeners. He didn't just do a quick surface-level cleanup--he was thorough, and the difference is noticeable. My front and backyard look so much cleaner and better cared for. He was also completely comfortable working around our chickens and rooster, which was a big plus for us. I'm very happy with his work and am looking forward to continuing with monthly service. I would definitely recommend Ignacio to anyone looking for someone reliable, professional, and detail-oriented.

I spent several weeks collecting quotes from landscaping companies, and I must admit, it was a…read morefrustrating experience. Many contractors seemed untrustworthy, lacked the knowledge and experience to do the job properly or were hesitant to provide a written contract. Another major problem was communication, as several contractors spoke little to no English, making it extremely difficult to discuss the project and ensure we were on the same page. I was so frustrated that I was ready to cancel the entire project until I met Arvisu Noriega. I was initially impressed by the fact that he was insured and had an LLC. I was equally impressed by his responsiveness, professionalism, and ability to communicate clearly with me. My project involved removing old soil from my lawn, installing a decomposed granite (DG) border along the fence, modifying the sprinkler system, and planting grass seed. Several unexpected challenges arose along the way, making the job more difficult and time-consuming than anticipated. Arvisu handled every challenge in stride and never complained. The job was completed in just two days, and his team did an excellent job cleaning up the area afterward. I am very happy with the results and would recommend Noriega's Landscapes, LLC to anyone looking for reliable and professional landscaping services.

I hope they improve their responsiveness and customer service going forward, but until then, I do not recommend their services and don't think they should be accepting any new customers until they get that figured out.
