Wow! Once again, Inna Agujen has FAR surpassed my expectations. A little over a year and a half…read moreago, I bought a property in Fairfield County, with Inna's help. It was a buyer's market, and with Inna's excellent negotiating and real estate skills, I got a great price. Not too much later, I found myself needing to sell the property. This was something I was dreading. The real estate market in the area had only gotten worse, and having seen many properties languish on the market unsold for months and even years, I wasn't looking forward to the likely long haul ahead. To make matters worse, I had to sell the house while completely out-of-state, while living through a global pandemic! Inna had been great before, but truly, I had NO IDEA what Inna was capable of. To cut to the chase, we put the house on the market 10% over what I paid, and sold it OVER asking, with MULTIPLE OFFERS. How Inna managed to pull this off has to be one for the history books. The house had great bones before Inna stepped in, but like some kind of real estate fairy godmother, Inna sprinkled her magic dust over the house and within about 3-4 weeks, it was transformed into a gorgeous jewel. The pictures and 3D-video that Inna took and created were extraordinary, and within HOURS of putting the house on the market, we were getting offers. And zillow traffic stats kept climbing! And climbing! The level of interest was unbelievable. We started getting offers OVER the asking price, even CASH offers. Even offers from overseas! We were in escrow in a matter of days, with backup offers pouring in. While I was impressed with Inna's unbelievable energy and persistence when I bought the house, when it came time to sell, it was like witnessing a kung-fu real estate master at work. All I can say is WOW! I cannot recommend Inna highly enough. If you are looking to buy or sell a house, and you are hoping to find someone to represent your interests in the best way possible, I highly highly recommend Inna. She is a godsend.
