Megan was very clear, responsive, professional, and pleasant ahead of time in communicating what exactly would be involved in a deep clean, and was happy to add (at a fair rate) some additional items on request. All details and the quote were signed off on by both of us in advance, they showed up right on time, and a few hours later, the place was *sparkling* -- in even better shape than when we moved in. The final cost was right within their range estimate, and payment of a promptly-delivered invoice via Venmo was easy. We will definitely use them again as needed!

We were disappointed in services provided by Maidpro, the estimate given (time wise) was…read moreinadequate (far off, for such a small home) and did not allow for the job to be completed. 3 girls (one arrived late) were unable to complete a relatively simple cleaning during the 2 hours allotted, the outside of the refrigerator and behind the stove were left undone as were some floors.. The young ladies themselves were very nice and apologetic, but the finished product fell short nonetheless. One of the young ladies, could not reach her boss for close to 2 hours as she tried to explain the situation. Upon reaching the boss, despite having someone show up late and undershooting the estimated time, she casually suggested paying for either more time or leaving an unfinished job. I would NOT use this service again

They cleaned a family members home and provided a move-in cleaning. They did not come prepared to…read morethe site with proper cleaning equipment (vacuum, mops etc). They didn't clean the entire home and missed several areas that were included in the move-in cleaning package (i.e. stove, cabinets, bathrooms, shelves, floors etc). They came back a second time to correct the first errors and still failed at that cleaning attempt leaving the same errors in the complaint untouched. They cost twice the amount of an average cleaning service and took twice the amount of time then quoted and charge you before providing the service. They offered no credit or compensation for their poor service. In addition, one of the workers appeared very disgruntled, as if we didn't just pay an astronomical fee. You do not get your money's worth with this company.
